  • This modern, luxurious condo lives LARGE with a king ensuite bedroom and a twin-over-queen second bedroom and additional full bathroom, the whole group can stay. There`s even a pull out queen sofa for additional guests. Bosch appliances round out the luxury experience, plus there`s a gas grill on the balcony for summer cook-outs!

    Located in the heart of downtown Asheville, across the street from the Asheville Yards outdoor music venue, you will be on the doorstep of all the downtown action. Nearby is Jack of the Wood Irish Pub, Weinhaus wine store/wine bar/live music venue, Jazmin, the acclaimed Asian Fusion restaurant, and many more! For beer lovers, Hi-Wire Brewing is around the corner - don`t forget to check out their speakeasy tiki bar.

    This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. Information for additional parking is available from your host.

Wonderful Weekend

We came to Asheville to celebrate my spouse's 60th birthday. We stayed at this lovely property with friends and found the location to be perfect. We were within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Would recommend staying here!

Great Bachelor Party!

I stayed here for my best friend’s bachelor party and we loved it! It’s in a great location to explore Asheville by all the best breweries and restaurants. It was the best!

This was conveniently located. We visited the Biltmore, downtown Asheville and local shops/breweries. The host gave us great restaurant recommendations.

Loved It!

We would definitely stay here again. The property was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to stay and cook in. The location was perfect, we walked to shops, restaurants and breweries. This was our first stay in Asheville and we fell in love with it and can't wait to get back.

Great location

Stayed with 7 adults. 2 did sleep on the couch pull out Queen bed. Great location with walking distance to everything. Really enjoyed our stay in Asheville. Secure building with parking and a nice condo unit. Communication was great, very quick responses from the host.

Great stay! Enjoyed the attention to detail

The stay was great! So close to downtown. We were there for the marathon and had easy access to the race start and all the fun. The condo had great little touches and they thought of everything you may need. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the white noise machines in the bedrooms. There were plenty of towels. Kitchen was stocked very well. Close to downtown. Bus station right across the street which I used.

Nice apartment / great location

This rental is very comfortable. It is conveniently walkable to downtown as well as the breweries in the South Slope area. And it is an easy drive to Biltmore and the River Arts District. It was a great visit.

It was a great location as far as getting to places. I do want to mention the bus stop across the street. It didn’t bother us at all but some people it might. We saw about 7 or 8 homeless people but again that does not bother me. Super clean and well stocked.

Great place for siblings vacation

We had a great time. This property was safe and located in proximity to downtown restaurants and venues. The rooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. We’ll consider going back!

Great location, beautiful condo

My family and I stayed here for a 4-day visit to Asheville. Having the attached parking deck was wonderful! Easy walk to restaurants and shops. My daughters loved that there was an extra loft bed in one of the bedrooms, so they both had their own bed. Very clean with a nice kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!
