  • This two bed, two bath unit has all the premium amenities you can imagine, including an east facing balcony. An open floorplan, large kitchen island, premium appliances and large, spa-like bathrooms make this ideal for relaxing and regenerating after spending the day exploring downtown Asheville. The condo is within two blocks of restaurants, live music, art galleries, and shops. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere. We recommend midsize or smaller vehicles only.

    This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions). We recommend midsize or smaller vehicles only.

Nice place

Location convenient, clean, easy check in and out. Only down fall was how loud the outside noise was. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Just like home

This property is so comfortable and just like being at home. All the conveniences and amenities you would need. Location is perfect for walking around the downtown area. Will be back and absolutely stay here again.

Excellent property within walking distance to downtown.

Great property convenient to downtown Asheville. Security was very high and gave everyone a strong sense of security. Both bedrooms made it a perfect setup for two couples or a family.

Asheville is coming back slowly after last years devastation. Mt Mitchell is not yet open which is always our favorite. Check before you come .

This was a very spacious condo. Well appointed and very comfortable. A little loud at night but it is in downtown Asheville! Convenient to everything in downtown.

The Perfect Getaway

We really liked the vibe of 504!! The location was so convenient to the River Arts District - and the restaurants and shops. The condo was well appointed, clean and modern. And the secure parking was a plus. We were celebrating two birthdays, and this was the perfect venue. We would highly recommend this property.

Great location

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Great location, able to walk to many restaurants and bars and short drive to other activities. Had an issue with a locked bathroom door when we got there, but received assistance within 10 minutes of calling for help. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo in great location

Everything about this condo was as advertised! Very clean, well maintained unit with everything we needed. The location to downtown was perfect, we parked the cars and walked everywhere. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and very prompt. Would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful new apartment

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Sheets and towels were clean and good quality, furniture comfortable, and check in was super easy. The location is a block or too from many restaurants, we ate really well while we were there. It is across from a bus station that was a bit noisy in the morning.

location location location!!!!

Beautiful place and well stocked with everything needed. Easy walk to right downtown and yes the bus station is right across the street, but we had zero problems!!! The property is safe and we loved the secure parking and having a balcony. Check in was super easy!! We will stay here again!!
