  • Stunning southside city views, outdoor space, and contemporary design in this new-build, centrally located condo in downtown south slope Asheville. This 3-bedroom features 3 king bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. The unit also provides garage parking for 1 midsize car and a 2nd assigned space outside, a private elevator, and rooftop terrace. The Biltmore Estate and the Grove Park Inn are also just a short drive away.
    Security cameras, for your safety, are located at the front and back exteriors of the property.

Excellent stay in all regards. Fantastic location, spotless, welcome amenity pack including coffee. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great condo in a great location. The unit is incredibly spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. We could easily walk to breweries, restaurants, music at the Orange Peel and shopping in town. The management company was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a sibling trip for three retired couples from York, PA. From this location we drove to and toured Biltmore, drove and parked downtown (although you could certainly walk) to go the the Asheville Art Museum and visit shops downtown, and drove to and viesed sunsets. Eating establishments were wonderful but mostly we just enjoyed being together.

Amazing location

If you’re going to explore the brewery scene, there probably aren’t many other places to set up home base. Would definitely stay here again when we come back

This is a great property, close to Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Parkway. My only complaint is that there wasn't a notebook explaining various things we wanted to know - like about the tv remote, location of the outside parking place, how to turn on the dishwasher and suggested close by restaurants. We asked several questions of our hosts, which they promptly answered, but providing that information up front would have been a good idea.

Condo was spotless, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds. Location is great.Only drawback is it's on 4 levels so lots of up and down. Having the private elevator is essential and helped a lot.

The place was great. Clean. Close to everything. The only issue is that there is NO insulation in the floors and you can hear EVERY step upstairs in the lower bedrooms. The floors crack and it sounds like people are moving furniture upstairs. Other than that we loved it!!

Highly recommend

We loved our stay! The three bdrm unit each w/ a comfortable king size bed was perfect for us and our friends. Modern and conveniently located was another huge plus. We highly recommend it! Thank you Brandon!

Girls weekend

This was the perfect place to stay for a quick weekend checking out Asheville. In walking distance to most restaurants, breweries, etc. quick drive to Biltmore. Property was perfect with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Plenty of space to hang out exactly as pictured. Great house.

A weekend with friends

The only issue we had with this house was locating the actual unit….it wasn’t that hard but we got turned around. The management company was quick to help us out and then we were on our way. It was a wonderful property and the beds were amazingly comfortable

The property was CLEAN!

The property was clean and in excellent condition. my friends and I were visiting the Biltmore house for the weekend(three couples). The property had three bedrooms with three bathrooms. It was perfect each couple had their own bed and bath. The property also had and private elevator that went to each floor.The property was in a good location we were close to the Biltmore house and also some great restaurants. We had a great weekend.

Family reunion

Property was well equipped and very clean. If you have a car larger than a Lexus 350 rx you might not be able to make the turn into the garage. Two sisters a brother and spouses thoroughly enjoyed it.

Very Nice Condo

The unit was as pictured. Very clean and a great location for walking to many breweries and restaurants. We ate out most meals so didn't use the kitchen but it looked like the basics were there for cooking. It was nice to have a garage and we drive a SUV and there was plenty of room. Highly recommend.

Good ... but

The property is new and clean. However, if your car is larger than a Mini-Cooper, good luck getting in and out of the garage. We were 6 adults as advertised - there were 2 wine glasses, 6 Kuerig coffee packs, not one support/grab rail in the bath tubs (very dangerous), one bar of soap per bathroom, and the neighborhood was not safe after dark. The bedding was good, adequate towels, plenty of utensils, but the stairs (16 between each floor) were not user friendly, so the elevator was used a lot. The rooftop "deck" had a nice table and chairs with a good view of the parade of homeless buying beer at the convenience store directly across the street.

Truly enjoyed staying at this rental. Very clean. Beds are very comfortable Great touch with the supplies they provide for the stay. Great location for walking to bars and restaurants. Short drive to shopping and attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

Nicely done

The property is well set up for 3 couples or a family. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Property was clean and a short walk to the downtown area. Everything is very new.
