Perfect location. Jen and Greg were great hosts. Everything was within walking distance; shops, breweries, restaurants. Went to a show at the Cherokee Center just a very short walk away. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo is in a great location- close to great restaurants, shopping, coffee shops & bars. Well appointed and well stocked. Owners are easy to communicate with and check in and out are simple. Highly recommend!

This is an awesome property run by awesome people. We had an absolute blast. This place is right in the heart of downtown with literally everything surrounding you in easy walking distance. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable. They are also quite private and except for the expected street noise were quiet. I would book this room again next time I am headed to Asheville. 100% recommend! Check in and out was easy and painless, good parking in the deck across the street and great communication with the hosts checks all the boxes.

We had a wonderful time during our stay in Asheville! The location is absolutely perfect for enjoying downtown and all it has to offer. The owners provided us with everything we needed in terms of accommodations, and were also extremely responsive when we needed assistance with a broken fuse. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient option during their visit to this great city!

We had the best time staying at this gem! It was centrally located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We didn’t use our car the whole weekend. It was quiet and clean. We definitely will stay again!

Very pleased with location, as in an excellent location, downtown, within walking distance to awesome restaurants, shopping & bars. The condo has very good quality of construction with upgraded lighting & plumbing fixtures. If you plan to cook at all, the kitchen (& coffee) is well stocked. As is the bathroom, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips & makeup remover. The decor was nice. Seems the owners thought of everything! They even left a bag of gourmet popcorn. As far as communication, the owners were VERY attentive. When I go back to Asheville, I will definitely stay here again!

What a pleasant surprise for us in Asheville. This place was great. Location was super and amenities were on point, having everything we needed. Very clean, extra touches, great communication with host. He was very helpful. Great location for walking to shops, venues and food. Highly recommend!There is some road noise due to city location but the owners have even placed a noise machine in the bedroom for your convenience! Many precautions for safety within the building.
