Loved our stay here. Great location. Wonderful to walk everywhere - lots of great places to eat. Easy drives to Blue Ridge Parkway and North Carolina Arboretum. Apartment was a beautiful mix of historic house and trendy, cute decor. Free parking was easy. Host gave great directions with helpful notes on the doors. Recommend and would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay; the apartment was very cut e and comfortable. Everything was clean and as described. Was the perfect location to walk to a show at The Orange Peel. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Very comfortable 2nd floor apartment of a cute and quiet house located within very easy walking distance (5-10 minutes) of everything fun in downtown Asheville. April communicated easily and readily. Loved the proximity to festivities, loved not having them happen right under the window!

Long Weekend

Place was perfect for our long weekend exploring Asheville food and beer. Lots of great places in walking distance. Location was perfect!!!

Beautiful location

Comfortable and clean very close to downtown. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, breweries, and concert venue.

Great location and accommodations

This was very easy to find and a super location where we could walk to places in South Slope or downtown area. Loved the way the place was decorated and would definitely choose this VRBO the next time we're in Asheville!

I really enjoyed staying here! It was perfect location, clean, comfortable bed and couch which was really nice! Check in and checkout was super easy. April was really cool! I'll be back :)

The host was welcoming, very easy to communicate with. The apartment was in a great location, walking distance to both the venue for the show we came to see and our favorite restaurants in Asheville. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including coffee and a Brita water filter. Loved the decorative light fixtures. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Would love to stay there again.

Relaxing Retreat

We were so fortunate to find April’s place for our one night stay. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a dedicated parking spot and being close to the south slope neighborhood was perfect, the area is very walkable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was great to have the opportunity to meet April too. We would definitely stay again.

Adorable space in an ideal location for exploring Asheville!

I had such a great stay at this property! It has everything you need and was clean & cozy. My favorite feature is the phenomenal location. It’s just a quick walk to the breweries on the South Slope and lots of great restaurants. I also enjoyed being able to walk to Wake Foot Sanctuary at Grove Arcade, it was such a great place to unwind after a long drive! Host was helpful and responsive. Would love to stay again!

We had a fabulous girls night on the town and home base was this apartment. It was cute and clean as could be and perfect for our needs. Central to everything downtown, within walking distance to Asheville Yards where we went to see Sierra Ferrell (so good!). The hosts were excellent at communicating with us, even letting us know in advance that Sierra had booked extra shows in Asheville the next two nights and asked if we wanted to book additional nights. Unfortunately, all we gals had was one day off of work. But it was so worth it! Thanks for being part of a wonderful memory for my sister and I 3 I will definitely book again when returning for any event in Asheville in the future
