Summer Vacay - Parents with Adult Children

For 2 adults and 3 twenty something sons, Little Sadie was exactly what we were looking for and more. The unit and the location were exceptional, and the customer service from property management was outstanding!

Great spot

Great home. Clean! New! Perfect for our family. The bedrooms were big and comfy. The area was quiet and perfect for families. We went to Biltmore, we had a lacrosse tournament at two different sports facilities - everything is within 20 minutes away. The immediate area is really nice. There is a little village at the bottom of the hill, but its kinda empty. It does have a great pub style restaurant that we ate at multiple times. We would definately book this villa again. Or any of the adjacent ones. We did call Yonder once and the communication was great! Thank you so much

This place is in a super location..just a short drive to downtown Asheville. It had everything we needed and the layout was great. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Property was everything online listing mentioned, except the 4 full bath w/shower parts. Property actually has 3 full bathrooms with showers and a half bath. Great location and easily accessible to Asheville, NC.

Sister get away

This is a lovely unit! There were 7 of us, so having 3 1/2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms was wonderful. Beds were super comfortable. Living room seated us all comfortably. If you are bringing 2 cars be aware that the parking area is a little narrow; your cars will fit, but it will be tight. Suggestions for owners: hair dryers in each bathroom would be helpful along with Kleenex supplied. Would certainly stay here again.

Relaxed comfortable stay

Visiting the area for a wedding and we had a lot of stuff we were bringing with us. The house was super cute and had a ton of room for us and everything we brought with us. Nice area convenient to a lot of trails, close to Asheville sites and had a place to eat in walking distance too. Enjoyed the spa and the large upscale bathrooms. Bed low to the ground and very comfy. Would go back again to enjoy the area for sure.

80th Birthday Bash

We stayed at Little Sadie to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. It was very convenient to the things we wanted to do - never ending flower farm, hiking to waterfalls, exploring Asheville art district.

Family Trip

Very nice, very clean. I do have some recommendations. I would suggest adding a sink strainer to help with the sewer situation, and maybe a separate container to wash dishes. Also, towel bars, as opposed to hooks would allow the towels to dry. We are staying in hotel rooms tonight and miss little Sadie.

Great weekend getaway!

Beautiful, well equipped house. Clean and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed for a weekend trip. Close to several restaurants and a short Uber train to downtown Asheville.

Great location and home

Little Sadie was wonderful. Perfectly equipped kitchen for our holiday girls weekend visit. The community was beautiful and central to everything in Asheville we wanted to visit including the Biltmore and Riverwalk Arts District. Great restaurants within minutes. Communications with Yonder were clear and helpful.

Beautiful stay close to Asheville

This was a beautiful rental in a great location. Quiet and so close to Asheville. The address is hard to find on GPS but instructions were provided. Just keep this in mind with trying to get food delivered or an Uber because the address won’t always pop up. Overall great stay!

Wonderful Place!

The property is new and fully equipped. We were there for a long weekend so did not eat in much but it had all that we needed. The beds are comfortable and it was nice for my wife and me to be downstairs while the young adults slept upstairs. The hot tub is a nice addition but the top is a bit weird. Don't expect a scenic view from this location, there isn't one. But, the other amenities make up for it. Location to downtown and the Biltmore were fine for us, just a short (10 - 12 minute) drive. I would definitely come back. The owner made it very simple to use and was prompt to respond to the one question I had. You can't go wrong with this property.
