The condo was beautiful and the building was very secure. We enjoyed the freedom of walking around town, exploring and shopping, without needing to find parking. Our teens were able to set off on their own when they wanted to. They walked alone to Itto Ramen (amazing miso!) on our first night while my husband and I made a quick run to Harris Teeters for breakfast supplies. Make sure everyone in your group has the key app downloaded (the owner will send the link before your check in). It is simple to use and it is the ONLY way to access the parking lot, the main doors into the building, and several interior hallway doors that lead from the common areas into the resident hallways. Pack’s Tavern and Cats at Play Cat Cafe were super close and also fun to visit. The North Carolina Arboretum was a 25 minute drive away. They have a stunning walk through Christmas light display- perfect for all ages. Next time we come back to Asheville we will not hesitate to stay here again, especially if we only have 4 in our group. We were a party of 6 on this trip, and so our 2 teen boys had to sleep on the convertible sofa. The sofa has a memory foam mattress which they found comfortable, however I would rather have a dedicated sitting area, instead of one that has to be set up and put back to normal each day. (It was not that big of a dealbreaker though for only 2 nights.)The memory foam mattresses in the 2 bedrooms were extremely comfy. Thank you for a great visit!
