River Mist Retreat 5 minutes to Downtown Asheville

Welcome to River Mist Retreat!

This home is close to everything Asheville offers. Whether coming for a vacation getaway or attending an event, River Mist Retreat has everything you need, especially an amazing location! As you make your way to this home, you will be driving along the French Broad River, a lovely scenic area of Asheville. River Mist feels like a private mountain escape despite the fact that it is walking distance to the river park and only 5 miles to downtown, the River Arts District, and all that the city has to offer.

This is a three story home. The home has a beautiful ambiance and is ideal for up to four couples (eight people). The main floor has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a full bath, with dining and living space for gatherings. The downstairs has a king bedroom, an en suite bathroom along with a great living space for entertaining and having fun.

The upstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed, an en suite full bath, and a fantastic atmosphere. In this room, there is an adjacent area with a desk for those that need to get work done and a "pull-out" queen sofa-bed to sleep two additional people if needed. This space allows for the home to accommodate up to 10 people total.

The outdoor space is lovely too, surrounded by mature trees on a serene and quiet cul-de-sac. There is a fire pit in the large yard for our guests to gather around playing music, making smores, or just breathing the fresh air. It is genuinely a beautiful yard for you to enjoy! There are security cameras outside.

Please note additional fees apply for a pet and any additional guests over 8 total.

Pet policy: One small dog (20lbs or less) is welcome upon pre-approval, with a $150.00 pet fee. Exceptions might be made for pets with pre-approval of breed, size and age.

Additional guests over eight people total is $50 per person. 10 total people allowed.

Parking for 4 cars.

The wifi is the fastest available at 1Gbps.
