Easy access to so many things made this a convenient stay. Make sure you look at the picture of where the house is the first drive up can be a little confusing but everyone was very helpful along the way!

The house was well located for our plans, as we had expected. It was in a quiet and very pleasant neighborhood with plenty of space for everyone in our party to have peace and privacy after long.travel days. You asked about the laundry, yes it was nice to have the facilities available, but we far more enjoyed having a kitchen that allowed us to breakfast on our own and not have to go out to early. A lovely stay!

Met son and daughter in law in Asheville vs. them re-visiting our home in a more rural area 50 miles west of the town... The house was very comfortable, clean, and much more fun then had we used hotels. Very convenient to all of Asheville, only minutes away from almost every tourist site Asheville offers. Megan, our VRBO host was more than willing to offer wonderful tips for other adventures. The kids (both in their 30's now) had a ball and were much easier entertained than they would have been at our home... Restaurants (Corner Kitchen, Hie Thai, Gemelli) were all minutes away and we enjoyed every meal as a special occasion... An Ingles Grocery is a block away for forgotten snacks, beverages, etc... We very much enjoyed this stay and would recommend this home to anyone interested in Asheville VRBOs.

An excellent choice

The property was extremely clean and comfortable, had every amenity we could need, and was very convenient to downtown Asheville. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

When we started to make coffee the first morning, we saw that the coffeemaker hadn't been cleaned from the previous user - the used coffee grounds were still in there. Made us a bit nervous about the cleaning protocol.It would have been nice to have a box of kleenex in the bathrooms. Two of the 3 of us found our beds to be overly firm for a good night's sleep. The location was perfect for us & the living room furniture was really comfortable for conversation.

The house was ideally located—just minutes from downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. It had all the amenities our family needed for a comfortable stay. Megan was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and quickly resolving a small issue when a remote was missing upstairs by having one delivered the very next day. She was a fantastic communicator throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated her responsiveness and hospitality.

Beatiful location

This was our first time renting a vacation home in Asheville and it was a wonderful experience. The home was very clean and well furnished. Everyone was very comfortable! We loved it. Looking forward to our next vacation. Thank you!

Second Visit at This Property

Second time to rent this property as I love the neighborhood and the closeness to the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Biltmore Estate, a grocery store, a couple gas stations, and downtown Asheville. Very peaceful setting and this time was thrilled to see a black bear walk past the house on his way to forage for food in the woods. Would rent again if visiting Asheville in the future.

Group helping build tiny homes for needy

The home was almost as described. It is spacious, beds were comfortable, both bathrooms were clean and the washer & dryer were great. It is on a steep grade and in a great location. The home is in a great location and had easy access to downtown and surrounding areas. We were working at Camp Cedar Cliff, on the Billy Graham Training Center Campus, building tiny homes for people displaced by the flooding. This home was only about 5 miles from the camp. Thank You for having this home open with a reasonable price. It was awesome!

Convenient location

15 minutes to Ashville and 5 minutes to Blue Ridge Parkway. It is up on a hill, and parking is limited. There is no easy way to get in from lower level parking. The property looks new and is very clean. Property manager is responsive. Good place for a family, especially with older children

Nice House

The mattresses were not great - especially in the downstairs bedroom (we turned it over or wouldn't have been able to stay there). And we could have used more hand towels. Otherwise, it worked very well for us - 6 adults, Kitchen was well equipped, grill was great, house was clean and well located for us near family and very close to the Blue Ridge.

Great space, but disappointing

Check in was great. The heat did not work on the main floor and only blew cool air. The heat upstairs started working on the second night. Luckily we had good weather. The middle slat of the master bed was broken and made sleep difficult and woke up sore every morning. My husband slept better on the couch than on the bed. We had a great time, just wished we didn’t have issues.
