“Best budget accommodation we have experienced in the region. Very comfortable with pleasing grounds, and an excellent location, just minutes outside of Great Barrington. Very clean, with a good shower and comfy bed. Limited amenities but signage indicated guests here have access to the offerings at the main inn nearby. Self-check-in worked fine, and in the morning we discovered the common room with good coffee, relaxing views of the garden and woods out the back, and an in-progress puzzle. ...

If you are hoping for a charming Berkshire bed and breakfast with a cooked breakfast and interaction with your host, you will be disappointed. If you are satisfied with an unusually nice motel, you will be very happy."”

“The entire hotel stinks we couldn’t sleep with the odor to cigarette bathroom smelling like pee poor cleaning all over, I can’t even stay in the lobby smell was just terrible i think is a good hotel just need a better cleaning price was also very fair”
