The staff was friendly. The room was quiet considering I was next to the elevator. They have a 9th floor terrace with great views. The breakfast buffet was very good.

very nice hotel ,very convenient to the grand via ,shops, and only 10 mins walk to the real palace . staff were very friendly ,breakfast was good . room was very nice like an apartment with amazing views onto the grand via strip ,there were a couple of things that maybe could of had ,some drawers as even though there was a wardrobe with 2 sections and 2 shelves i felt there wasn't quite enough space to house more than a few days clothes for 2 people ,also maybe a couple of hooks in bathroom to hang clothes when getting ready ,the bed was extremely squeaky every time i moved on my side it seemed to knock against wall and the vibrations of the underground trains slightly annoying but that's not the fault of the hotel. Besides that we had a lovely stay thank you, i would say though that i felt it wasn't quite a 5 star ,i have stayed in a lot of hotels and it didn't quite come up to that in my opinion.

Mother and Daughter Trip - The hotel was truly wonderful and we had a lovely experience. The only minor issue was that when we arrive late on the first evening (due to flights changes) our room hadn’t been prepared for two single beds. They were willing to give us a second room for the evening but as we were sharing a case it didn’t make much sense. They sorted the beds out first thing and gave us complimentary breakfast so thank you for all the help! The was a fantastic waiter from Peru who made our experience even more special. Looking forward to heading back to the hotel in the future!
