Our host was absolutely phenomenal, and the property couldn't have been more ideal. Outstanding location, perfect floor plan, very comfortable accommodations! We were in the thick of it - quick access to the slopes, walk to Aspen Mountain (Ajax), downtown restaurants, nightlife and shopping all within a 5 minute walk. We will definitely be back, big shout out to our wonderful host Ali!

We loved our stay at the condo. Location was amazing and condo was clean, lovely and well equipped. We had a couple very minor issues (like the WiFi going out) but the management team immediately addressed and fixed the issue.We would absolutely stay here again!

Communication with Ali was excellent. She promptly responded to any questions I had. When we realized we forgot an item after checkout she & her team went above & beyond to help resolve that issue. Condo was very clean & spacious & the extra perks like humidifiers in each room, water bottles & healthy snacks were greatly appreciated. I would return without hesitation.

Perfect spot for a work trip

My colleagues and I were in Aspen for business, and this house couldn't have been more perfect for us--great gathering spots at the big dining room table and in the living room when we were together, and great individual spaces when we needed to work separately or recharge. This is the best-stocked and best-appointed short-term rental I've ever stayed in, with especially helpful closet space/hangers in the bedrooms and towel racks/shelves in the bathrooms. Fantastic communication from the host, with detailed and helpful instructions about the house. Will definitely stay again when we return to Aspen, whether for work or for play.

just what we wanted

We wanted a nice get away for our adult married kids and toddler grandchildren and us and this was just what we wanted. The location was perfect, the weather was perfect, the Arhaus decor and appointments were lovely, the kitchen was very nicely equipped, the little extras, like soaps, lotions, snacks and condiments were just great. The management company was very responsive. It set the stage for a perfect stay in Aspen. Thank you!

Good stay but could've been better

First off Ali and Mark were very quick to respond to all the issues we had and tried their to alleviate our concerned. When we first checked in on Friday night we find that one of the bedrooms downstairs had the windows left open and the room was filled with leaves. Then we realized the heat wasn't working and the front door wouldn't lock. Ali came by to try to fix the heat and it was working slightly but not fully. It was mid 50's when we first checked in and by that night it was low 60's. Someone also came by to fix the front door but was unable. The next morning someone came to clean up the leaves in the room downstairs as well as the front door. Apparently just needed a reset for it to auto lock from the outside. We left for the day and by the time we came back the heat was fully working and the inside was very warm. We thought that was the end of outer issues but Sunday morning when I tried to shower there was only warm water. I guess I used up whatever hot water we had because when the others tried to shower there was no more hot water. Mark informed me that when someone came to fix the heat yesterday they had turned down the temp of the water. He told me to turn a nob too increase the temp and I did. Hot water came back but we had to leave for dinner. Monday morning and no hot water at all in any of the showers or faucets. Mark gave us an empty unit to shower but we had to drive back to Denver for our flights. Mark gave us a refund and was very apologetic.

Fall Break Aspen

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful 4BR condo, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property is immaculate. The decor is tasteful and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens, towels were of high quality. The kitchen was a highlight for us, equipped with modern appliances and everything we needed and enjoy family gatherings. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like a welcome basket. This Aspen Condo is in the perfect location, in easy walking distance to Gondola, shopping and restaurants. Communication with the host Ali was kind and prompt every time. I highly recommend this stay during any time of the year.

Amazing location and townhouse! Would definitely rent again!

Loved our 3 days in Aspen mainly because we were staying in a very clean and slick 4-master suites townhome from which we could walk everywhere. Although we went off season and a lot of construction was going on in the surrounding areas; you could barely hear anything while inside. Ali and the rest of the team were very responsive and cordial when contacted for questions. If you’re looking for the best location just a block or two from all stores and restaurants plus the gondola; this is the place to stay at.

Family Visit

We rented this house for our family plus 2 kids under 4. They were always very quick to respond to anything before the trip and while we were there. Very accommodating through the entire process and stay. The property had everything we needed and is very well kept. Walking distance to everything in town. We hope to rent here again!!
