“This was an EXQUISITE experience. The house has a wonderful vibe, curated by the eclectic furniture, wall coverings, and decorations. It blends this style with a rustic comfort that is inviting and relaxing. The location also can’t be beat—far enough away from Basalt and Aspen to be remote, but close enough to be convenient (about 30min from Basalt and 55min to downtown Aspen). And Ruedi Reservoir is a whopping 5 min away. As an overall experience this may be the best Short-Term Rental my family...

“Excellent communication with the host.Accommodations in Leadville are on the older side. This was our second year in Leadville, and it was a huge upgrade from last year's rental. The house is, according to Zillow, over 100 years old, so expect crooked floors and squeaking sounds when walking around in it.Now, I didn't bring a ruler, but we felt the beds were too small for queen-size beds.”

“We really liked this property. Easy to find, easy in and out, good floor plan, very functional kitchen. Everything was clean and in working order. Only thing I could complain about is the ping pong table is pretty worn out, the paddles are terrible, and there were no pong pong balls. Parking was really good and it is very convenient to town. We hiked to the top of Mr. Elbert. Holy Smokes! That is quite the challenge. ”

“Lovely house, it was perfect for our group of 7! The place was well stocked, clean and a nice location. Not far from a grocery store and Ski Cooper. Parking is a little tight if you have larger vehicles but doable. Check-in and check-out was smooth and the host was so nice to accommodate to our early arrival. Great place to stay in Leadville!!”
