“We only stayed one night, but wish we'd had a few more! The property and wagon were spotless, including the bathroom/shower area. We enjoyed cooking out our unit's private charcoal grill, and then socialized at the fire pit with friendly fellow guests. The property management was very responsive and helpful. Check in and out was seamless. Easy access to all the Ocoee-area recreation activities. We will be back!”

“Great little basement apartment perfect for a fishing get away. Surprisingly peaceful for a Memorial Day weekend. Keep your boat on the dock or put in at the boat ramp just down the street. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely look at this place again if I come back to Chickamauga.”

“My wife and I are from Ohio and this was our 3rd fishing trip to Watts Bar Lake. This place far outshined the other two places that we stayed at before. It was just a mile from a boat ramp on the lake and just a few miles from the boat ramp below the dam. A perfect place for us as we like to fish the main lake and below the dam as well. This little nest will fool you when you pull up but once you walk inside you'll be glad that you made a reservation here. We'll be back for sure one day soon.”

“Dave and BJ are truly some of the kindest people we’ve ever met. They were warm, generous, and communicated so well throughout our stay, making us feel completely at home. We had such a wonderful time. The house is absolutely charming, the hot tub was sparkling clean, and the spacious lot gave us plenty of room for all kinds of fun.
