“Property was awful, we thought the building was condemned when we arrived, there was caution tape everywhere, there was water leaking everywhere, and smelled like mold. We never even checked in cause of the conditions of the building and had to stay elsewhere.”

“The entire time you are talking a to a BOT. Never a live person. Your host is a virtual person. All your questions and concerns are answered by a BOT. Checking in is very mechanical and unwelcoming. They won't let you know where your is or how to get in the building until 5 minutes before checking time 4:00 PM. We wanted to check in only 1 hour earlier than 4:00 PM, and the BOT would tell us that it will cost us $28 if we wanted to check in at 3:00, Even though the unit was available. I am...

“Be warned, this property is falsely ranked as a 10 and is an Expedia recommendation but the hotel is horribly maintained and disgusting. Had we not arrived at 2am we would not have stayed. Lobby has water leaks in sealing and no elevator, Our room had cigarette burns and tears in the bedding, stains on all the pillows, lamp shades were busted, mold in the shower, bathroom was torn up like an animal was left inside, sink had not stopper and water pressure/fossette was so bad it sprayed...
