When we originally arrived the house had a distinct odor but wasn’t overwhelming, just enough to make note of and cause you to look around a little closer. Once upstairs it was apparent that the cleaning service was insufficient. Broken light fixture hangin from the ceiling, one 1/3 roll of toilet paper and no toilet paper in the main bathroom, shower curtain filthy, bottle caps and eye lashes were on the bathroom floor, towels weren’t clean and bath rugs were nasty. I’ve never felt the need to clean a rental but we made effort to clean up just to feel comfortable enough to leave our things and head to the event we had. we went to purchase laundry detergent to clean the towels and bath rugs because they didn’t have any. Which makes you wonder how they washed for our stay. Once we returned from our plans we had more time to spend in the house and continued to run into issues and notice just how dirty the house is. Including empty remote controls, non working tv and stains on the sheets. I texted the property manager that the house was dirty but they did not respond. It wasn’t until I submitted a complaint they responded just to ask why I took so long to report their issues! I’ve yet to hear back from them. Even after asking them to call me. Horrible experience. We didn’t even stay 1 day. I’ve never dealt with anything like this before.
