We rented this property but we were given entry info for a smaller property at the same location. Later in morning property manager called and said there was a maintenance issue and we had to use the smaller unit. We asked to keep the parking but were told no. We were told we would receive a refund for the difference in the rent, but we’ve not received it. This property is in an alley and we had to walk 1/2 block in either direction to try to park on the street. Meanwhile, a spot , probably for the unit we thot we’d rented stayed open. Inside, we found a dirty apartment with no sheets on beds and no hand towels. We contacted property manager about the towels and she had new towels, water, coffee and a few other items delivered. We asked again about the parking spot and were not answered. There were ants in the bathroom and pink mold in the shower. In the kitchen, the main burner on the gas stove was not working properly and was difficult to turn gas off. The dishwasher did not operate properly. The dryer took 3 2 hour cycles to dry 4 hand towels. I reported all of this directly to the property manager. She asked me not to leave a review, but since she has never refunded the money I feel others need to know.
