“The apartment is cute, it reminded me of my days living in Manhattan. Very clean. I love that there was posted info about checking out Church St. and it was an easy walk over there to restaurants, etc. Close to water so we caught the sunset over Lake Champlain. Only one caveat, this particular unit is up a flight of outside stairs so if stairs is not your thing (carrying heavy bags), you might take that into account. ”

“The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, except for a coffee pot (there was a keurig with pods though). The host was very quick to answer any questions and our stay was very good. Our only problem was that we had 2 cars and finding safe street parking for the second car was a bit of a challenge but not impossible. I would definitely stay here again but only with one car! I think this was the cleanest place I have ever stayed!”

“Perfect family getaway in the mountains. Great location-very close to downtown/activities/restaurants, but in a quiet residential area. Hot tub was amazing! Beautiful house, clean, fenced yard was perfect for our dog and we always appreciate dog friendly rentals my only critique was that I didn't receive any check-in info or instructions until the actual check-in time (4pm) and we had arrived after a long drive at 3:45. You can easily walk to Main Street in Saranac and it's the perfect location for day trips to Placid and Whiteface. We would happily return to the Birch Suite!”

“We stayed over the Fourth of July holiday. The apartment has an awkward layout with both bathrooms being only accessible from the living area.Everything is old and well used. Mattresses are not comfortable, etc. The shower had mold in the corners, but everything functioned.This unit is located on the 3rd floor with a lot of stairs to get to it.
