“Stay was fine. Check in was unclear, cleaning ladies there until four pm. No extra blankets for guests as the reservation was for six people which made sleeping arrangements difficult. Overall these would’ve made the experience more enjoyable. Location was nice and easy to get to. ”

As for the apartment itself, it's small but comfortable for two or three people, and everything works perfectly. “Pros: location was great. Next to Bryant Park, so very close to a subway station. Price per night was excellent. Neutral: building itself was somewhat old. The elevator was one of the smallest I've seen before. If you're going up with luggage, it will barely fit 2 people and 2 suitcases. Rooms felt smaller in person than in the photos but that's fine. “Check-in was easy. The apartment had a large bedroom, full well equipped kitchen and a large size living room, which were all really useful. The sofa in the living room is not a sofa bed and is very dirty. The sheets that were left for the sofa were stained and there is no laundry in the unit or the building as was claimed in the ad . The projector is really cool and worked well.”
