“Loved it”

“La propiedad muy bien cuidada hermosa y acojedora lo tenia todo quedamos enamorados de ella. La playa cercana a dos cuadras no es muy apta para bañarse pero si para caminar y respirar un poco atardeceres hermosos…. Volveremos sin dudas”

“Tara was above and beyond an excellent host! She went out of her way to make extra accommodations and communicate them without even being asked for them. The house was very clean and pefect for our family. As far as supplys, I have never seen a host provide as much supplies as Tara did. It was so very thoughtful and made our stay so easy. I really cant say enough about this house and the host. This time we came for our nieces Coast Guard graduation but we definitely want to return for a beach...

“It was great for what we needed”

“We had a great stay at Carla’s beach house! We have been renting in Strathmere for decades and Carla’s place was perfect for our family’s annual trip this summer. We were a group of 7 and we all fit very comfortably. We very much enjoyed the upstairs living space and deck, and proximity to the restaurants. ”

“Booking and check-in were simple, and the owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and the location was convenient; about 10 minutes to the beach and shopping.There are just a few areas that could make the property even more enjoyable. The backyard has a lot of natural brush, which brought some bugs and made it harder to spend time outside. We also noticed bees in a tree near the driveway (parked on the street), and spiders and crickets inside....

“Wonderful property. Teresa was a great communicator and has made a lovely retreat to visit. All was as promised. Beach access (short walk) and amazing sunsets. Sunroom was a great place to hang out when we were there. Great for traveling with family and pup! It is the perfect size you have everything you need. It was a bit chilly still for our trip. I bet summers there would be incredible. Book it!”

“We were in town for a Coast Guard bootcamp graduation. We arrived earlier in the day and the owner was able to accommodate our request to check in early. This house is exactly as it appears in the photos. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, and cookware if you plan to eat in. Fresh clean linens, beach and bath towels were provided. Other properties in this area say that you must bring your own linens and towels. The beds and the couch were comfortable and there was plenty...

“The hosts were wonderful, however the property was not. Kitchen accessories were greasy, not washed properly, disorganized, and not fully equipped. The heat in main area( kitchen/ family room) didn't work, 64 degrees. We had to use the oven to heat area, however it heated up bedrooms too much! Carpets were disgustingly dirty. Pillows and lack of blankets were not acceptable. The internet kept having to be rebooted. Lights out through out ”
