There's a reason all locals tell everybody to stay at Exclusive Hamilton Cove Private Condo complex. This condo is in Building #8, #85. At 1,000sqft, (compare to 400 in hotel) and Way More sq footage than all other 1bdrm Ham Cove units, this villa is particularly spacious and easily accommodates 4 guests. The bedroom has a Super Comfy King bed with high thread count linens. The other guests sleep on a queen sofa sleeper with a thick foam mattress in the living room. This condo is Oceanfront with No Obstructions and you'll feel On Top of the Actual Beach you're so close(see pix). Leave windows or French doors open overnight to hear the waves lap the ocean.
The Kitchen has all amenities with a Combination Drip/Kuerig coffeemaker, Large Refrigerator, range/oven, New Non-stick pots and pans, pantry. Everything to feel at home and cook if you want. The BBQ on the balcony is huge and has 2 Propane tanks to ensure you don't run out. We've tried to think of everything!
There's a separate bathtub(for kids or if that's your thing) and a separate shower-whatever your needs. With ALL the amenities and security plus private use of a golfcart,private beach and a kitchen, not only can you save from going out, but you can RELAX and stay in! If you do the math and eat just a few meals in, you pay less here than at hotels. The golfcart alone costs $60 an hour in town! And you'll have it to use exclusively throughout your stay.
Wake up to serenity, brew coffee(or whatever), eat a lil something lounging on the balcony without having to leave(like a hotel). Drive 10 minutes into Avalon, or Stay here at the private beach, pool, jacuzzi that make Hamilton Cove so Magical. Play tennis,mini golf,croquet,workout,swim, take a jacuzzi,snorkel or drive 5 minutes to super-classy Descanso Beach for kayaking, Stand-Up paddleboard, a massage..or..go to the restaurant/bar for outdoor live music(seasonal) and drinks on the beach!!!
See, this vacation is truly what you make of it.From TOTAL relaxation to Full On Hikes,biking, and ALL watersports! Catalina( and Hamilton Cove especially) is so close, but feels miles from home.
With your Host managing things, you'll not only have my personal cell, you'll also have my assistant's. Things happen and we are accessible to you. In fact, you are able to go straight to the villa(checkin time or earlier) without filling out oodles of paperwork in town first(like the management companies). And, we are flexible, when able, to allow for early checkin or late checkout( unlike them)
Caution renting from Management companies. While we've kept our Rates reasonable, these companies' condo rates have Skyrocketed! And if they seem reasonable, watch out for Exorbitant HOST FEES. We charge what our maids get paid. Also, if there's a problem, you better hope it's during business hours, I got no returned call when I had an emergency over the weekend and was blamed for their cart's problem(on Monday)
