  • Esta es una de nuestras mejores propiedades de vista, ¡y está a solo unos pasos de la calle principal del centro de Avalon! Esta casa ha sido completamente renovada y actualizada. Ubicada justo frente al puerto de Avalon, esta casa de una habitación es la mitad superior de un dúplex. Tiene capacidad para 4, con una cama queen en el dormitorio, así como 2 sofás cama en la sala de estar. La gran terraza domina la bahía de Avalon y el puerto. La cocina está bien equipada y la sala de estar ofrece cómodos asientos y una mesa de comedor para cenas interiores o noches de juegos. Hay 36 escalones hasta esta casa, y la vista vale cada uno de ellos. ¡Ven y disfruta del "nuevo" 718 Crescent! 718CR

Fantastic location, great view and very nice amenities. Not a big place but super clean and has A/C! Perfect for a couple or small family. Definitely would rent again.

The view of Avalon from the balcony is well worth the money. Shops, bars, tours and the pier are within 5 minutes of the front door. Would definitely recommend.

My stay at this Catalina VRBO was absolutely wonderful!! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a great location that made it easy to enjoy everything the island has to offer. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home and appreciated the relaxing atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and thoughtful amenities. It was a memorable getaway, and I would happily stay here again.

Great location to main street of Avalon - restaurants, shops, activities, and ferry. And a Great View of Avalon from the balcony! The view was wonderful and a highlight of the stay.

The view and proximity to shops and restaurants is five stars!! All very walkable no need for a golf cart. Only rented a cart to tour the island for a couple hours. The house was clean but no coffee provided and no beach towels and no beach chairs and no chaise chairs on the patio. All the linens should be stored in one spot but they were spread out but we eventually found everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Great stay in Avalon

This cozy spot has an amazing location. The deck has a great view of the beach and pier. 1 min walk to restaurants and the beach. We’d definitely stay here again.

Perfection. This is the kind of place you’ll want to tell all your friends about so they can have the same experience too. Close to the activities but not too close. Elevated above the harbor but not too high. Feels private. Full kitchen with everything you need to eat in, and it’s just a short walk to the grocery store. You’ll get a bit of exercise carrying things up a few stairs, but it’s not that bad and well worth it. And the view…. Can’t imagine a better spot for a couple’s getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, boasting a million-dollar view from the outside patio deck. It was incredibly convenient not having to walk far after getting off the boat, especially since we had our luggage with us. The place was spotless and comfortable, and everything was fully stocked and in working order. I would definitely stay here again.

Avalon in August

We had a marvelous stay. This place is absolutely ideal for a couple or two. So close to everything and there is not a better view in Avalon. We will be back

Views, views, views

This is a perfect location for any couple that wants to get away, relax on the patio that oversees the entire city, do a little shopping or find a good place to eat. Best of all, everything is in short walking distance including the ferry. The people that run the place are exceptional and are easily accessible. I highly recommend staying here!
