“When our 21 guests arrived we only had partial rolls of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms, no paper towels. It was very hot the first day and we had no instructions on how to turn on the AC. We contacted the host and that was resolved the next day. Three of the beds weren't even made up with sheets and we didn't find sheets until late the second day.
