The sheets had a few dirt stains on them and the bed sheets did not appear to have been changed. The sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were out of sorts which made us question whether they were previously changed. “The views, the sound of the river, all the different seating areas outside were unbelievable. Tori heated the pool for my kids, which was a happy surprise! Rooms were just what you needed for a good night sleep. Master had an amazing porch to have coffee in the morning listening to the river. Shuttle stop #7 on Springdale line into Zion was a 2 minute walk! So very easy to get into Zion for all your exploring and the perfect place to come home to and relax after a long day in the park. “The house was newish. Beds were comfortable. Very famiky friendly with nice TV's in the rooms. Ping pong was a nice option. Does not give much time for play with check in at 4 and check out at 11.00 especially for the price.”
