Great place to stay in Avon. In walking distance to many restaurants. The shuttle stop is nearby which made things convenient getting to Beaver Creek. We did not have a car with us and didn’t need one. We even took the shuttle to Vail one night. The condo was comfortable and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Five stars — and we'd come back in a heartbeat.From the moment we arrived, this rental checked every box. The location was ideal — easy access from the highway with no stressful navigation, and the short walk to the gondola made getting to the lifts effortless. For a ski trip, that kind of convenience is everything.Inside, the kitchen was thoughtfully and generously stocked — everything we needed to cook real meals without making a grocery run for basics. The hosts even provided plenty of dishwasher and laundry soap, which is one of those small details that makes a huge difference when you're staying for multiple days.The bathroom was a standout — stocked with Aveda soaps and shampoos, which felt like a genuine hospitality touch you don't often see in a rental. It's clear the hosts take pride in the property and actually think about their guests' experience.We'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed home base for a ski trip. The hosts set the bar high — thank you!

We had a great time Brian was super helpful and the unit is well located and everything in BC was easy to navigate.Slopes are an easy bus ride right outside, or an easy 13 a day parking at Elk Lot just a few moments down the street.The space was clean, and comfortable, and has everything you need to cook if preferred!Thanks!

Great Ski Rental

This was a great place to stay and I will definitely be back!! The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cookware you needed for pre-mountain breakfasts, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and there were extra clean linens. The five minute walk to the gondola and close proximity to multiple shopping centers was perfect.

Great family vacation!

We loved staying at The Seasons! This 2 bedroom was very spacious and had a fully stocked kitchen! It even had a coffee grinder! The best part was every bus stop is right across the street and the walk to the Gondola is very short. We would certainly stay here again!

Amazing Condo

Our family of 4 (2 teenage boys) stayed in Avon for our Christmas Ski Trip. The condo was clean, cozy, beautiful and in a perfect location. We had 3 other families also rent condos in the same complex and this one was the best of all 4. The other families raved about how much better our condo was. We will book this condo again if we ski Beaver Creek again. The gondola is directly across the small not busy street that is more of a parking lot. The trip to Vail is short and easy and we even got to do a sleigh ride in Edward’s that was a short and easy drive. The condo is updated and both rooms have a king sized bed. This was perfect for our family!One thing to note to the owners is to upgrade/replace the water heater. We frequently ran out of hot water and after a long day on the slopes we wanted to rest our tired muscles in a hot bath and only one person would be able to do so as it would not refill for a second person to bathe.

Spacious and convenient.

The location so near to the gondola could not have been better. The beds were extremely comfortable. We used the kitchen to prepare all meals in the condo. I know it must be difficult to include better pots and pans at a rental, but this would have made our cooking (and cleaning) far simpler. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay.

Overall excellent

Overall a good stay. However, we left a pair of shorts in the drawer in the bedroom and even though we offered to have our friend pick them up we were told we would be charged a $45.00 RECOVERY FEE. If we had requested them to be returned by mail that would have been an additional cost. That is a ridiculous policy. Code box at front door is a complicated process and we had to wait for over 30 minutes to be let in.

Great place with one caveat

We had no problem with the rooms or accommodations. Everything was great. The only complaint I have is if you are there for skiing which we were, we were shown where the ski lockers were, which was literally almost under the room in the parking garage. A quick trip down the elevator and you’re right there. But our combination to get into the lockers didn’t work. After some phone calls and looking around we found mored ski lockers clear on the other side of a huge garage which makes a ton of walking in ski boots and carrying gear coming and going from the slopes. They need to move or change that rooms locker to where the other ones were right down the elevator from our room. That alone would make me not want to come back despite the nice place.

Perfect condo for skiing Beaver Creek

Amazing location with everything you need for a ski condo. Quick 5 min walk to riverfront gondola and you are on the mountain! Our kids loved the space in the unit. Always need a kitchen and washer and dryer. It was fantastic! Highly recommend for families who value comfortable beds and clean spaces.

Wonderful Condo in Avon

We spent Christmas week at this condo in Avon, CO. The layout is excellent and the condo was very clean -- overall a great choice for our family of four (2 adults + 2 children). The location was easy -- we were able to walk to the Riverfront Gondola, take the shuttle to Beaver Creek Village or drive over to Vail for the day. There is underground parking and getting in-and-out were a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary pots, pans and utensils. We cooked half the time and ate out the other half. Would 100% rent again the next time we visit BC.

Location location location

We were in town for a family celebration- from Austin, Texas Had a great visit. Lots of hummingbirds around- felt bad for them so we added a feeder to watch them Lovely views, lovely area in the summer Condo had everything we needed even a crockpot, which a lot of places do not. Thank you

Great place

Once we got into the property everything was great. We had a problem getting into the the unit, because age door code did not work. We called the property manager and he did not respond. We ended up contacting the owner who changed the door code and we got into the unit. It took over two hours to get into the unit. Everything else was great.
