They didn’t have us registered when we checked in at 1:00 AM! We had to pay for a room to have a place to go. Neither Westin or VRC would take the blame, they blamed each other. We just wanted a bed! It was 3:00 am EST that we were on!Stay was ok but LOTS of hidden charges we had not been told about until day before we left.A bldg has been built that this condo faces since pictures for VRBO was taken! Lots of disappointments!

Another Great Ski Trip

We’ve stayed at the Westin for the past 5 years and really enjoyed the easy in/out. The availability of restaurants/bar is ideal along with access to the valet. The list goes on and on about how enjoyable the location, gym, hot tubs, live music, friendly people, friendly dogs, Starbucks, and so much more. We’ll be back!

Property is beautiful the Amenities are top notch!!Was disappointed with check inReceptionists was not helpful or friendly since we were registering as a third vendor guest they didn’t seem to interest in helping..My take away from condo was washer and dryer was not able to dry clothes..leaving us with dirty towels and not able to get fresh ones from hotel.Finally able to clean clothes in hotel.Otherwise great vacation …

Perfect Spot!

The space is just as described and the view is truly wonderful. This unit is tucked into the Westin so you still have all the hotel resort amenities. The benefit of staying here was having so much extra space to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking some meals in, which was especially nice for breakfast prior to hitting the slopes. Our group of 4 adults loved it and would absolutely stay again.

Perfect penthouse getaway!

We always love the Westin for its vibe and proximity to the slopes but to have the extra space of this penthouse really made our trip! For coffee lovers, it includes a kerig which was an added bonus for me! It was well stocked with cute starter kits and everything we needed for a wonderful ski trip! Will definitely stay here again!

A Holiday Vacation that Felt Like Home

Wonderful as always

Go to the Westin a lot, sometimes the villas, sometimes the hotel, sometimes VRBO units. Everything is wonderful and this space was no exception. Well equipped, pretty good view, everything is in good condition and the amenities are all wonderful.

Wonderful stay in Avon

We had a lovely apartment in the Westin Hotel. There were lots of issues, but they were handled in a very timely manner. Either the prior guests did not mention the light that were out or that the ice bin was frozen, but as I said, they were all handled immediately.

Nice unit but check in process is broken

The unit itself is as described in the listing and very good. I was a bit reluctant to book after reading reviews describing problems in communication between the property manager and hotel that caused delays in check in — but the manager posted a response that they had fixed the issue. Not True!! When we arrived, the Westin had the room reserved in another name. We called the manager at VRC (sounded like we reached a random guy at home with the kids in his cell). Took over an hour and multiple calls to get things sorted out and get in the room. I would gladly stay at the Westin again but won’t consider this property until they change property managers.

Ski trip

Great property- we loved the access to Beaver Creek mountain. The condo was clean and very nice. I reached out to the property manager with a question, and he was very responsive . Good restaurant within the Westin. Also good bar food. Live music some evenings. They have a free shuttle that will take you over to Beaver Creek Village or Vail.

Great Property

Great property convenient location easy access to gondola and bachelor gulch. Overall clean. Minor issue with the mattress cover but we cleaned it easily with the washer and dryer in the unit. Property manager is easily accessible and responsive. Check in and out very easy. Would stay here again.

Great Property, communication needed

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Either VRBO or the property manager had not communicated with the Westin front desk, so they had no record of our reservation. We had to call the local property manager and go back and forth with the desk for almost an hour, before we could finally get our room. VRBO and the property manager only have 3 tasks: Advertise the property, collect the money, and make sure the desk knows. The local property manager was very helpful, but the communication with the desk should have happened long before.

Great 4th of July stay!

The Westin Riverfront is an incredible property with beautiful views and great amenities. The condo was exactly as advertised - gorgeous, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and the location is quiet (corner unit and top floor). There was 4 of us but 6 would fit comfortably too. The property POC, Brian, was very prompt with responses to any questions we had and very accommodating - thank you! It was the perfect stay and we will definitely be back!

Amazing property inside the Westin in Avon

The property was clean and in great shape. The Westin hotel resort offers great features like a mini mart, starbucks cofee shop, ski rentals and valet. There is a gondola for skiers inside the property.

Nice condo located in the Westin resort

We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice hybrid between staying in a hotel and staying in a condo. The only reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 stars is construction on a new tower blocks what would be scenic views.

Amazing stay for my family of 6

This place was perfect for our trip to BC. Fit our family of 6 perfectly. Had everything we needed. Location was great with the Ski Valet and Riverfront Gondola right outside the hotel doors. Made things so convenient!
