“We did not receive any check in instructions by 2pm on day of stay. Called host to ask for them. On the call the host said the stay was not available and cancelled. If we didn’t call to ask for the check in instructions we wouldn’t even have known. They didn’t have the courtesy to tell us in advance. “We stayed for one night and loved it! The apartment is new, spotless, and in an excellent location. We really appreciated the free parking, as well as the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and all the kitchen utensils we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Our only suggestion would be to have a few extra pillows, but overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d happily come back!”
