“Room was great and the cleaning staff were wonderful. Be aware that this is not the mother property and in order to check in and check out, you have to go to a different hotel down the street. There is almost no front desk staff at this location ever. The breakfast (in the mother hotel) is wonderful!”

“The Hotel Post was closed so I was moved to the Hotel Salzburger Hof which is next door and owned by the same Swedish man. The thermal facilities are too not. Pools, saunas, sun decks. My room had a small deck with a flower box. It was all do very well done. And a huge breakfast buffet.”

“My brother and I visited Bad Gastein to trail run and do other adventures in the mountains. This a great stay for our priorities. The staff was super helpful, the space felt authentically Austrian alps, and the breakfast was great. They even made us sack lunches on the days we would miss breakfast due to early starts. The only downside is that the hotel is off the main road in and our of Bad Gastein so the direct bus service is limited after about 4pm.”

“(The Green Annex Building) Felt like staying in a HOSPITAL WARD with DEPRESSING and complicated world war 2 bunker style tunnels connecting the building. EXTRA CHARGES for towels and dressing gown. NO BREAKFAST. Very dated decor in the room, Cheap and nasty bathroom and toilet. Broken Sofa Bed. It's a little walk up to the town, but a nice walk. The saving grace was the view, balcony, the Spa, Steam and Pool facility, kids playground and the Easter Egg hunt activity. I would not recommend the...

“Alles war toll :-) Sehr nettes Team, jede Menge Infos per whatsapp, tolles Frühstück und ich durfte sogar Late-check-out machen. Zimmer supergeräumig und sehr stilvoll und modern. Gerade wird der Wellnessbereich umgebaut, ich komme garantiert im Winter wieder. Danke euch :-) ”
