“This was our 2nd time staying here and it was just as good if not better than the 1st time. The location is great! We were there for Memorial weekend so it was a little busy but if you are good with walking parking isnt a big deal. Place is clean, host is awesome and super close to main strip on Balboa. This place is perfect!”

“Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. “We had a great stay in this house! It was just a few blocks from the beach! It was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 5. It’s in a clean and safe neighborhood. We had a private carport to use, which was so nice to not have to worry about parking. We cooked several meals in the house and it had sufficient cookware. It’s brand new, totally stocked with everything you could possibly want for kitchen, beach, relaxing, or family games. 2 minute walk to the beach, parking is easy, easy walk to downtown HB or bike (even has bike locks).
