“Greg, the proprietor, is a great guy, welcomed us personally, showed us into our room, set us up with excellent Starlink WiFi first thing and prepared a beautiful, big breakfast for us the next morning with sweet papaya, melon, excellent coffee, and poached eggs on ham, cheese and avocado toast. The room was comfortable and clean, with TV, and a fridge. The property is beautiful, nestled in the rainforest with countless birds and green mountains behind. He pointed out his flowering jade plant...

“Wish more parking spaces were available. ”

“We stayed in room 1207. It was very, musty and damp smelling. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor and as it costs $20 to replace towels they were wet for our stay unless you wanted to do washing. The kitchen amenities were extremely basic and the TV postion is not viewable from bed..... something that is nice when having a Nana nap on holidays. The outdoor spa wasn't clean. There was 2 cheap broken hair dryers in the bathroom and with so much water on the floor it didn't feel safe to use...

“Genial”

“The cabins situated within the forest has a romantic feel. However that’s were everything stopped. The car parking situation need to be improved and managed better with half of them not maintained and guests are not being managed to use the car parks properly. Some taking up two spaces leaving others no where to park. The rooms are poorly maintained. The windows do not shut, giving you - permanent outside air and noise. The doors are falling apart. The only good thing are the screens that are...

“This was a beautiful little hotel. It was walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. I was looking forward to doing some laundry while here on my one night stay but the young man from the front desk had 1 of the 2 washing machines and the only dryer tied up most of the day so I was not able to get any laundry done. Even when I told him I had a short time to stay, he did not offer to let me go ahead of him and use the dryer, which takes over an hour to dry clothes. I could have stayed at the...

“Excellent room, lovely pool and location was great. Only strange thing with my room was it's connected to the neighbours with a locked door, which must be hollow because all noises passed straight through. Still a great place to stay and would recommend it.”
