Only plus point it’s location is centralised. Service provided was “so so”, would have stayed at the first hotel when I was in Brunei - Radisson ! Hotel charged guest $25 per person to airport ! Took Dart ( Uber version ) & it’s only @$12 !!!! For breakfast , Ordered beverage at the counter as the coffee was not nice! And was charged , was only informed after we drank ! So end up need to pay @$10 !! But I reasons out / negotiate with hotel staff that the last day we will check out early thus unable to have breakfast at the hotel eventhough payment so why not waive the $10!!! But NO !! They didn’t! It’s not abt the payment it’s the small thing hotel can provide / give to guest so that we feel welcome , appreciated ! I have stayed in Swiss , Hamburg & Frankfurt hotel with no problem . Service was tip top and they went an extra mile for guest ! Anyway another observation,we witness a maintenance was being carried out but the door was open wide!!! to a corridor that outsiders can enter & can go straight up to guest rooms ! OMG !!! that’s it ….not returning to this hotel!!

This hotel is really nice. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I visited during Ramadan and they still managed to accommodate me eating meals during daylight hours. The room was very quiet and comfortable.

2022年12月31日の夜、突然、シャワーと水道とトイレの水が出なくなり、しばらくしたら茶色の汚れた水が出てきた。シャワーも水道もトイレの水もすべて茶色の水が出てきて使用できなくなった。おそらく、ホテル向かいの河川の水をひいてきたのだと思う。汚染された水しか出ず、非常に困惑した。

I liked the fast internet connection, the hospitality provided by the staffs, the location of our room, the complimentary water dispenser on our floor, the quick elevator and auto hand sanitizer dispenser next to it (on the ground floor), the in-room entertainment and the toilet with hose. The hotel also managed to reserve a parking slot for us as requested. I disliked the traces of hair on the bedsheet and the lack of amenities. If it is a room for two or three adults, it is sensical for the hotel to provide the amenities accordingly such as toothbrushes, mugs, glasses and towels in two or three sets/units respectively without the need to call for room service since it is an inconvenience and a hassle. No hotel slippers were also provided.

We only stayed for one night, but everything was great. The hotel is located close to the harbor, restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable with all amenities. The staff was very helpful in assisting us with transportation to the airport and finding a currency exchange that was open. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

空港からの送迎サービスは20(ブルネイドル）でありました。朝食ブッフェは種類は多くありませんが、毎朝違うブルネイ料理が出て、とても美味しく大満足です。

部屋の電気が一つつかなかったが、それ以外は問題なし。空港から公共バスで運転手に伝えれば、ホテル前のバス停に停まってくれる。30秒。終点のバスターミナルまで行っても徒歩2分程度。スタッフも親切で次回も泊まりたい。

バンダルセリブガワンに滞在するなら是非此処で！
バスターミナル至近の中心地。3泊しましたが朝食毎にメインが変わっていてしかも全回美味しかった。ガトン夜市への無料送迎ツアーをはじめとする無料ツアーも幾つか。プラスアルファのアレンジもしてくれていたく感激。ホテルと提携するリバークルーズ参加の際にも結構な距離を送迎してくれた。バンダルセリブガワンに滞在するなら是非此処で。

公共交通機関のあまりないブルネイですが、こちらならバンダルスリブガワン中心部を観光する分には徒歩で十分です。 ホテル自体も綺麗なビジネスホテルという感じで、部屋も狭くなく使いやすく快適でした。シャワーオンリー、テレビはインターネットのみ？（youtubeなど観られる）
