“The day we checked in we had a unavoidable water leakage that resulted in water coming from the ceiling and through the first floor light fixture. This normally wouldnt be an issue, however we were not able to make any phone calls in Thailand as our phones weren't compatible with Esims and couldnt take local sim cards so we were solely reliant on wifi. There was no way to communicate through wifi and we had to track down someone who could call property maintenance about the issue. I would...

“Unprofessional host,did not show up,did not answer email & call no show up at all We've stayed more than 24hrs waiting & its our first time in thailand we dont know anyone who can help us.We have 2 seniors in our travel and this is what we experience.Our safety waiting outside the property from the airport at 3am waiting for the no show up & unresponsive host is very risky but the host did not answer our call & did not even provide instruction on what we need to do when we arrived.”

“The room's wooden floor was clean. We utilised the washing machine in the room and it worked well. Location was close to Phrom Phong BTS, and the shopping mall, Emporium. Basic amenities provided in the room were good. ”
