Grab and Bolt are the most convenient options for getting around Bangkok from this location.

Very walkable for short trips in the immediate sois (cafés, restaurants, convenience stores). Rapid transit: Asok BTS (Sukhumvit Line) and Sukhumvit MRT (Blue Line) interchange is the closest major hub—typically a 5–12 minute walk depending on the exact building on Soi 15. Taxis and ride-hailing apps (Grab) are widely available; expect variable travel times because of rush-hour traffic. Motorcycle taxis operate at street-level for very short hops. For airport connections use Suvarnabhumi Airport (Airport Rail Link + BTS or taxi) or Don Mueang (taxi or bus + BTS/MRT).

[Building Pool Closed] The building pool is currently under maintenance. Pool access is provided via key card at Floral Court Hotel & Residence Sukhumvit 13, a 1-minute walk from the building.

[Internal Staircase] The penthouse is a two-level duplex with an internal staircase between floors 43 and 44. A single-side guard rail is fitted. Best for guests comfortable with stairs.

[Lively Area] Sukhumvit Soi 11 nightlife is a short walk away. The unit is on Floor 43 to 44 so cabin noise is non-existent, even on weekends.

[Best for Monthly Stays] The kitchen, the office, and the two ensuites are set up for 28-night-plus stays. Shorter bookings are accepted but the property is priced and designed for long-stay use.

[Monthly Stays] Refundable deposit is required for monthly stays to cover utility costs. Deposit is automated via a credit card capture.

[Children] Additional bedding for children available on request, with a same-day-of-booking lead time.

[Check-In and Check-Out] Standard check-in from 15:00. Check-out by 11:00. Early or late based on availability.
