I initially was very please with everything however after staying there for a few days certain things were disappointing in regard to it being a Wyndham property. Other than in my room in which I could control the temperature most every other location inside the hotel was extremely hot. With exception of the rooftop bar and front desk on the second floor. I purchased the buffet breakfast and came every morning. On most days there was a young gentleman there and he did once say anything to me. Every single morning I had to initiate a simple conversation for him to merely communicate with me. The front desk was excellent and so was the security out front of the property. However, unless I initiated communication with the concierges they were on their phones every time I would leave or come in anytime during the day. I went to the rooftop bar one evening and had a drink special and I was charged a 26% sales tax. I was charged $21,00 for three local beers and a water. The room was nice and so was the maid nonetheless I choose to leave the property and I found another place to stay for the next two weeks that I am in Bangkok. In addition, I would not recommended this property due to the areas of concern I had while staying there.
