Boring
Reserve por la distancia al aeropuerto porque tenia un vuelo de madrugada. No fuese por eso me hubiese ido al Novotel in Suanluang o el Dusit Thani.

Cojimos el hotel solo para hacer una noche e ir al aeropuerto al dia siguiente pero la verdad es que es un hotel de 10

I have stayed here many times. It is very convenient for the airport, good value and has a lovely open-air restaurant/bar on top of the building. The rooms are reasonable and very clean/tidy.

I was charged the room fee by Expedia and then again by the Hotel after my stay. Nobody (neither Expedia nor the hotel) could resolve this issue so I ended up paying double for this booking.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast on the rooftop restaurant was quite decent. It was a nice stay to recover from our long flight to Thailand.

- loud band playing next to hotel. Woman screaming into a microphone. - food on rooftop restaurant was not bad. - waitresses had zero training and zero experience. But they seemed pleasant as most thai people are. - this is a 2 star property at best.

I have used this hotel a couple of times. I like the situation near to Suvarnabhumi airport as well as I like the roof restaurant and their staff. It has been nice place for my short staying. I'll be back.

Decent place for the price. Really cool metal statues all around with pop culture movie themes. The rooftop skyview restaurant is awesome, and has live music. Not a place for light sleepers; The A/C made me think there was an earthquake, plus the airplanes flying overtop. Breakfast buffet is out of a box. The gym room is lacking and all the cardio machines are broken. Sauna is also out of order. Pool is small. Spa / Massage area is not open either.

Nice affordable hotel. Restaurant is great
Comfy beds. Friendly staff. Affordable rates being so close to the airport. Restaurant on the rooftop was amazing. Great atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again

The front desk person doesn’t seem to care very much. No smile and not doesn’t seem to want to welcome us. I work in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years but have never experienced anybody who doesn’t want to welcome the guest. I would definitely not coming back to this hotel again.

I was disappointed with my stay as the room had a foul smell and the wifi didn't actually work in the room only in the hallway. The staff's response, or lack thereof, to my complaints was the most disappointing as they were rude and didn't offer any viable solution. They came to the room fiddled with the AC remote and left and didn't say anything until we checked out in the morning. When traveling it is essential to have wifi and the fact that this was unavailable honestly solidified my resolve to never stay here again which is sad because the location and area is great for a short term airport stay.

Third time staying at this property. Again our room was a good size, bed very comfortable and water hot. WiFi is good. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. This hotel is great if you have an early flight. Transfers to airport are 24 hours. If they are not included in your rate, they are cheap. I think we paid 100 Baht each for one way. Dinner on the rooftop was delicious and service excellent. Breakfast, we didn’t have this time, but know it is very basic. In saying that there is enough to get you started for the day. Would definitely recommend and excellent value for the price.

Trop de bruit !!!!
Nous avons demandé à nous changer de chambre car il était impossible de dormir ! Et cela nous a été refusé! Il y avait karaoké les deux soirs où nous sommes restés (un mardi et un mercredi )insupportable Le karaoké était juste au dessus de notre chambre,sur la terrasse. Et en plus nous avons payé un supplément pour avoir une chambre supérieure. Si nous avions pu ,nous aurions changer d’hôtel !( Mais nous attendions une valise de l’aéroport )
