“There’s nothing nice to say about this hotel except crowded unruly guests, unfriendly and lazy staffs. Breakfast buffet was just okay located in different building very inconvenient. Booked 3 rooms, all bathrooms’ faucets were leaked. Would definitely not come back.”

“This hotel is gorgeous, located on a hill beside the Mui Ne beach. The view is breathtaking, showing you the ocean and surrounding beaches. Service was top level, with everything you need just a call away. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant serves tasty meals and breakfasts. The pool is another highlight, crystal clear and clean, with lovely lounge chairs. I would definitely stay again, everything was perfect. They also made some special birthday preparations that were beautiful...

“I booked a king bed room sea view. I usually book the room under my name only for fast booking, I was charged for breakfast for the second person.. it’s fine but I didn’t appreciate it since it’s the first time happened to me”

“The room was very nice and comfortable. The drawbacks were mainly focused on the disorganization upon arrival, as the staff seemed uncertain as to getting us to our accommodations. Additionally, the food and beverage offerings were a bit underwhelming. Apparently, due to it being a holiday weekend, the main restaurant only offered buffet service at dinner with no ala carte options, despite the menu looking appealing. “Breakfast is limited and expensive. It’s a long way to the beach. No towels at beach or pools. There’s some lounge chairs at the beach but all worn out. One of our ac doesn’t work. We booked two rooms. They gave us two, on different floors quite far apart. We agreed on a downsize so both rooms could be on a same floor. No compensation whatsoever. We booked apartments so administration is different. Maybe the hotel side is better .”

“This is an apartment they rent under another name. They use one address for two properties. The TV didn’t work and no internet connection even while using the correct password. It’s a commune type thing. You pick a breakfast meal by letter. That’s what you get! No deviation. They will try and take your passport too. I wouldn’t allow it but had to pay a 500,000 dong that was refundable. The facility sits high on a hillside where you have to take a shuttle to get to the beach. I left! I refused to...
