    DON'T LEAVE IT TO LATE, GET THAT SUMMER DATE EVERYONE ELSE IS STARTING TO LOOK FOR! BOOK NOW! NOW TAKING BOOKINGS!!
    Located in Southwest Harbor known as the quiet side of Mount Desert Island, minutes from downtown shops and restaurants.The property is set back off Main Street and next to the golf course! The property is less than a 2 minute drive to Echo lake which has its own beach with lifeguards and much warmer water than the ocean, water reaches 75 degrees in the summer VERY NICE FOR A RELAXING SWIM OR JUST RELAX THE DAY AWAY WITH A BOOK. But if you prefer the Ocean We are minutes from that as well, We have Sand beach that is in the Acadia National Park. Its is also close to the stop for the free Island Explorer shuttle bus that serves the entire Island. Southwest Harbor is 15 minutes drive from Bar Harbor and minutes from Acadia National Park, hiking, biking, kayaking, whale watching and all of nearby attractions.


    Property overveiw: This condo style rental has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom - It has a loft bedroom with 1 Queen bed. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and has 1 x Queen Bed + 1 x Twin bed. It will sleep a total of 4 people.

    The rental is fully equipped - It comes with linen and towels provided ( PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS) as the rental towels are for the bathroom only. It has a full bathroom. Full Kitchen inc - Stove / Fridge freezer / Microwave / Breakfast table/cutlery, plates, toaster, coffee maker, etc ....

    The lounge has 2 and 3 seat sofas plus lounge chair, LED roku app T.V. inc cable channels, Netflix etc, etc + free wireless internet conection.

    The yard is at the back of the building and has a picnic table and grill / BBQ

Great location - we were able to quickly get to great food in southwest harbor as well as beautiful Bass Harbor lighthouse. It was also really close to beautiful hikes around Echo Lake. Hulls Cove Visitor Center and Bar Harbor were only 20 min awayThey had the fluffiest towels and I’ve never seen a more neatly organized kitchen in a rental property. Another highlight is not having to do half of the cleaning before leaving as I’ve had to do in other rentals - run the dishwasher, take the trash out. That’s it!

Great South West Harbon near Bar Harbor

Spacious, very clean, great relaxation area and kitchen,great parking, near to all there is to see especially Acadio National Forest.

The rental lived up to the description and was conveniently located on Mount Desert Island. It was clean, spacious, the owner was responsive to any questions. Proximity to Acadia and all of the harbor towns was great. We look forward to staying there again on future trips.

Our host communicated well and was friendly when we saw him outside. The beds were comfy, everything was clean and we had everything we needed to make food in the kitchen. Easy access to a grocery store, restaurants and Acadia National Park.

We had the best stay! The rooms and beds were VERY comfortable for our family of 4! We loved having a decked out kitchen to cook for ourselves...but also being close to so much in Southwest Harbor and beyond. Echo Lake was only a few minute drive and was a beautiful spot for relaxing and swimming. Tim was VERY accommodating with suggestions, help when we couldn't figure out the door code, friendly conversation, and just a general overall kindness! We loved Ava, his dog, and felt completely at home! He furnished extra towels and ensured that all our needs were taken care of. I would recommend his vacation rental to everyone! Reasonable, clean, comfortable, easy to get to, well furnished, and above and beyond host! Thanks Tim! We loved our time in Maine!

Checking out Arcadia National Park

It was clean, beds are comfy a short drive to many restaurants, you could walk but there are no sidewalks, the supermarket is just up the street . Overall a good location to check out the Bar Harbor area.lots of hiking trails close by without going to Arcadia.

A pleasant stay in Southwest Harbor.

The condo was very clean and nicely designed. The location was convenient and in a less crowded and quiet area. The host was available and was so helpful with suggestions of what to do in the area prior to our trip.

Nice location about 20 minutes from downtown Bar Harbor. Located in Southwest Harbor with many good restaurants. Beautiful area The space is as described. Comfy beds. Second bedroom is up a spiral staircase. The host is very responsive and helpful. He went out of his way to help me with an issue.

Perfect place for our trip to Acadia NP

Nice place and well equipped with supplies. Acadia is spread out all over the area so you are a good drive to some trails and views but still close to many other trails. I stayed with my 2 kids in college and it was perfect for us.

Just what we were looking for…

We were returning to Southwest Harbor to play golf at the nearby Causeway Club with our adult son. We couldn’t be closer to golf or more comfortable for our stay. Communication with Tim was timely and efficient and the property was spotless and well appointed. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again.
