The apartment features an elevator in the building, iron, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the apartment, and 1 television. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, ideal for preparing meals just like at home.

Please take note of the following important information before booking:
- Towels, bed sheets and toilet paper are included upon arrival; however, replacement or change during your stay is not included.
- Baby cot:
Price: £30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it.
-Additional guest:
Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged 10 € per night.
-Late arrival:
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply. - Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and the patio.
- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
