Este Piso de 125m2 totalmente reformado, pero sin perder la esencia ya que es de principios del sXX, consta de 4 dormitorios, 2 dormitorios con camas dobles, 1 dormitorio con 2 camas individuales, y un dormitorio con 1 cama individual , dos cuartos de baño completos y nuevos, una cocina completamente equipada, una galería muy agradable para poder descansar y tomar un café o poder leer un rato, y un salón comedor muy amplio y confortable, con una capacidad de hasta 7 personas, es magnífico para pasar unas vacaciones en familia visitando la ciudad de Barcelona.
Sus características principales son, techos de 3 metros de alto decorados con molduras de estilo Modernista, puertas y ventanas decoradas, y pavimento de baldosas autenticas de principio del s.XX.
En este apartamento nos tomamos muy enserio el respeto a los vecinos, y es muy importante que después de las 22:00, no se haga ruido para no molestar el descanso de los vecinos ya que es una comunidad muy tranquila. Los vecinos respetaran su descanso por favor ustedes respeten el descanso de los vecinos. También les pedimos que respeten las zonas comunes del edificio, holl, escaleras, ascensor. Muchas gracias

L'appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier sécurisé. Très confortable pour une famille - nous étions 5 adultes. Beaucoup d'espaces et les 2 salles de bain sont très appréciables.Souplesse pour l'arrivée : nous avons pu déposer nos bagages et récupérer les clés en fin de matinée avant la disponibilité du logement.Bonne réactivité de notre interlocutrice pour régler un problème de flexible de douche.

Barcelona after Royal Caribbean Cruise

It is super large and comfortable. Location is perfect. The Air Conditioner is not strong enough to cool the entire place when the temperature outside is really hot. I recommend you ask for portable fans to help with the heat. I would definitely come to the same place again. Great location.

Fab birthday weekend

This apartment was the perfect spot in a great neighbourhood with every possible amenity imaginable. We were a multi generational group spending a family weekend together in beautiful Barcelona. This lovely host was very communicative and attentive from the beginning. The apartment is hugely comfortable and fabulously located. We were celebrating our son’s 30th birthday and it was a most excellent base to explore the beautiful city of Barcelona.

Die Kommunikation mit Mar hat gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist schön zentral gelegen und wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Unsere Gruppe bestand aus 3 Erwachsenen und 3 Teenagern. Es war in der Wohnung genug Platz für alle. Nicht alle SZ haben Fenster, dass war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. 3 SZ liegen nebeneinander und sind durch kleine Fenster miteinander verbunden….Das Hauptschlafzimmer spendet in diesem Fall frische Luft. Es liegt allerdings zur Straße und es ist somit auch laut. Das Haus insgesamt ist ziemlich hellhörig. Abgesehen davon war alles prima und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Excellent location and space

Family of 4 (two 21 year olds and parents)-- we had an amazing first visit to Barcelona and so happy to have chosen this apartment. It was large, clean and well appointed. Living room was such a comfy spot to return to after full day exploring. So central and close to everything! Thank you for giving us this opportunity.

Location was ok, apartment ok but not great. Wash machine ok but dryer not so good.Had to call owner on 2nd day to ask for blankets as none were provided. Owner was very responsive. We felt the price was too high for this apartment.

Great Location

There were 7 of us friends and family. This was a very convenient location with lots of businesses and restaurants around. The pillows need to be replaced because they are very lumpy and the apt needs a paint job as the walls looked dirty. There were several loose tiles in the hallway which a few of us caught the tip of our shoe on a time or two. There is also a loose floor plank near the laundry room. The apartment was adequately equipped I. The kitchen department.

Enjoyable multi-room apartment in convenient location

The property has lots of space for multiple adults or families. The AC was almost too strong, which most people will appreciate in August when we stayed. Of course there are a few quirks you would not have to deal with in a 5-star hotel, but that's ok. You expect some oddities in a home. Experienced travelers know to bring extra towels and toilet paper. Overall very satisfied with the stay

We had a very nice week-long stay in this property - myself, my wife, our two children and one of their partners. The location is excellent for the sites of Barcelona - many things including Sagrada Familia and Cathedral are walkable - and transport links are brilliant. Area itself was generally quiet but there was good night life nearby. Property was nice - first floor apartment. Large bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Very large seating/dining area - we spend many an evening in playing games as a family. Perhaps property could do with a bit of maintenance as some things were broken/worn/damp. Mar (property owner) seemed nice although we didn't get to meet. Some of comms were a bit aggressive (over noise) or not forthcoming (we had a bit of a panic over the "stay away tourists" campaign) but generally very good. Barcelona itself is lovely. We have visited before and really enjoy it. Beach, culture, mountains, entertainment it has it all! There is obviously a bit of undercurrent of issues at the moment but in general people we met were very nice and helpful.

If you're a family or big group this is a great place to say. The kitchen is well stocked cooking wise and there is a big grogery store across the street. The rooms arent big but there is closet space to put away your things. The only thing is none of the bed room or washroom doors lock so remember to knock before entering. There area is great. many restaurants around the place and the metro stop is less than 10 min walk away.

Amazing Location!

The location of this place is amazing but keep in mind it is in the heart of a very vibrant neighborhood. That means hundreds of restaurants within walking distance but also a lot of noise late at night. I think only the 2 of us staying in the front room really heard it a lot. The whole place could use a coat of paint but other than that it is really great. I think they have some water issues in kitchen that we let them know about - the floor was buckling in front of the fridge and we woke up and found water on the floor. The only thing that was a bit of a problem for us was the AC is just not what we are used to in the US but Mar was so sweet to bring us some fans which helped greatly.

Viel Platz

Wir waren zu Sechst (jüngste 17 Jahre) in dieser Unterkunft. Ausreichend Platz (7 Betten in vier Schlafzimmern), zwei Badezimmer, viel Geschirr, Waschmaschine + -trockner, Klimaanlage. Wäre auch mit Kinderwagen geeignet, da ein Lift vorhanden ist. In unmittelbarer Umgebung sind viele Geschäfte, ein Markt und zahlreiche Lokale (z.B. "Pampoli" gleich ums Eck). Zur Metro sind es drei Häuserblöcke, der 59er-Bus fährt direkt zur Rambla sowie zum Strand Barceloneta. Neben ein paar Details (ein paar Fliesen sind lose, die Türen schließen nicht alle perfekt) war das einzige Minus das straßenseitige Schlafzimmer. Für empfindliche Menschen ist es hier auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern in der Nacht zu laut - da hilft dann nur das Ausweichen auf das hofseitige Wohnzimmersofa.
