Located in the old city of Barcelona, 150 meters from the Barceloneta beach surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants and close to Barceloneta Market, this 35 sq.m apartment is very bright, newly renovated and furnished.
It has a spacious living room combined with a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, bedroom, bathroom and a balcony. 3rd floor of a typical Barceloneta building with no elevator and narrow stairs. Apartment balcony has a side view of the sea.

While we don’t offer hotel services like breakfast, room service, or airport transfers, we’ve thought of every detail to ensure your comfort:

🚫 No groups under 25 years old – We want to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for all guests. Families are very welcome!

🎉 No parties or bachelor/bachelorette groups allowed – This is a residential building, so we kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels down.

Check-in Fees:

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following additional fees for late check-ins. These fees fairly compensate the person assisting with your check-in outside regular hours to provide the best experience possible.

🕗 After 8:00 PM – €40 late arrival fee
🌙 After 12:00 AM – €60 late arrival fee
📅 Sundays & public holidays – €40 check-in fee

Tourist Tax in Barcelona:

🏛️ In compliance with local regulations, a tourist tax of €6.88 per person, per night applies to guests aged 16 and older, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

💵 This tax is payable upon arrival and may be subject to changes based on government decisions
