Great location and value

Our host was wonderful. She was flexible and very helpful with providing us things to do, restaurants to enjoy and transportation within the area and to the airport. Highly recommended staying here as it’s a great location for many attractions Barcelona has to offer.

Amazing stay in Barcelona

Our stay at this apartment was fantastic. It was clean, in a great location and Chelo, the host, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommended apartment and hope to stay there again in the future!

Great stay and great location in Barcelona

My 17 year old daughter and I stayed here for 6 days. It was a fabulous location. Close to restaurants, markets, sites and a metro station. Chelo was very helpful at assisting us with everything we needed. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We would stay here again.

The location was great. We were able to walk to most places. A lot of good restaurants nearby. Close to the train. Chelo was a great host. She responded immediately to my questions.

Great apartment and host

The apartment was completely as advertised - great location. The apartment was very quiet as the windows face the courtyard. Chelo was a super helpful host and even arranged an very early morning taxi pick up for us. Thanks again Chelo!

Great location and quiet

This is a great apartment as it’s newer and in a vibrant local neighborhood not in a tourist area. However, it’s only a 15 to 20 minute walk to a bunch of the major attractions in Barcelona. What’s more it’s four stories up from the street level and looks into the courtyard so very quiet given the city location.

Great location

It was excellent from beginning to end. The space was well equipped. The apartment was very well located. Walking distance to most sites was 15 - 20 min. Chelo was prompt, informative, helpful and a great host. We enjoyed our time there immensely.

Lovely apartment with ideal location for exploring Barcelona

This property was the perfect base for our 5-day stay in Barcelona. The flat is on a quiet street very close to Metro & bus lines, as well as many restaurants, bakeries, food stores. Also an easy walk to Passeig de Grácia, Gothic Cathedral or Sagrada Familia. The flat itself is impeccably clean, roomy and quiet, with a lovely interior courtyard. The owner was always available and very welcoming. I would definitely return to this property. It was a pleasure staying there!

Amazing city, amazing stay!

Chelo is an excellent host! She is very attentive and informative. The apartment building is safe and very quiet which was nice after being around the hustle and bustle of a big city. Everything was clean and when we reached out to Chelo with questions she quickly responded. We look forward to our next visit and would definitely stay here again.

Vacation & travel for food plus beach.

Perfect accommodation. We spent 11 nights in a very well equipped apartment away from home in the USA. This was an amazing & lovely spot in Barcelona. Top spot, top location and very friendly host. Highly recommended ! We want to come back to Barcelona. It wasn’t enough time for us. 🇪🇸🇺🇸

AMAZING PLACE AND LOCATION

I booked this place because of the great reviews I had read from previous renters and let me tell you… they did not miss. Chelo was fantastic from A to Z. The communication was excellent and she was more than accommodation and resourceful. The place was very clean and well organized. We were walking distance from most attractions and if not then public transport was really close. There are some great restaurants around the area and even coffee shops. I would recommended this place to anyone looking to visit Barcelona. The price was very good also.

Excellent pied à terre pour visiter Barcelone

Appartement très agréable, ensoleillé, très bien équipé (cuisine, salle de bain et wi-fi de qualité), situé dans un immeuble très propre et très calme. Un accès facile à tous les sites incontournables de Barcelone : 10 à 15 min à pied de la Sagrada Familia, de l'Arc de Triomphe et à 5 min du métro. Un grand merci à Chelo qui nous a donné de nombreux conseils pratiques et nous a en outre indiqué un parking a proximité et peu cher. Sa maitrise du français nous a grandement facilité les choses ! Bref, nous recommandons chaleureusement !

Comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood

We loved the apartment. There was a pleasant breeze coming through the windows most days. AC was also available. It was exceptionally quiet. The neighborhood was more relaxed than Plaza Catalonia ( a 15 minute walk where the hop on/off buses are) with many nice sidewalk cafes. You can also walk to Sagrada Familia and the Arc de Triumph. Chello was very helpful and easy to keep in touch with.

Perfect Spot for Exploring Barcelona

We loved our stay at Chelo's property! It is just outside of the touristy areas so a great way to get the experience of living like a local while being able to easily get to most of the sights. The apartment is very comfortable, with great bakeries, restaurants, and shopping close by. And Chelo was an incredibly gracious and flexible host when our flight was cancelled and our trip delayed by a day. Despite several flight time changes she was there to meet us when we arrived, explained the details of the apartment, and got us oriented on the map. She was also nearly instantaneous in responding to questions and helping us with other issues that arose with our stay. I cannot speak highly enough of Chelo as a host, and highly recommend this property for a base while exploring Barcelona!

Barcelona by train

There is reason why all the reviewers cite Chelo so highly in their comments, she absolutely is a great hostess. The apartment is really well located to everything we wanted to see. Quiet family friendly building and very secure. Had a few interactions with other tenants' all very pleasant. I'm sure we stuck out as not local, but we were treated just the same as if we belonged. Elevators were a nice option, we opted for the stairs most days. We cooked a couple of times during our stay and found everything needed to make a home cooked meal. We certainly would stay here again, the charm of this neighborhood flat and its wonderful hostess will remain in our fond memories of Barcelona. Thank You for having us!
