Todo maravilloso, el lugar está impresionante, muy agradable y amplio, todo en su lugar y también impecable, entre la rambla y paseo de gracia, a unos pasos de la boutique Tag Heuer y la casa Batlló, totalmente recomendable, cuando vuelva a Barcelona sin duda me hospedaré ahí mismo

Great Stay in Barcelona

The apartment is very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Easy to walk to lots of sites. Maribel, who greeted us, was very helpful and patient with check-in. Recommend this apartment.

Best place to stay in Barcelona

This place was the most amazing place to stay in Barcelona. Maribel was the one that helped us check in and out and she was more than accommodating with keeping our bags and being flexible with check-in and check-out times. She was accommodating, friendly, and an all-around great host. The place itself was spacious, beautiful, and within walking distance of most of Barcelona. I recommend staying at this place!

Fantastic apartment

This was the best place we stay in our two weeks in Spain. Gorgeous apartment, large and airy. Great location, metro stop close by, great walking area. Couldn't be better. Also the host spent 30 minutes with us showing us landmarks on a map so we would be oriented. Book this place now.

Wonderful

Best location. Super clean and functional. Great bay window to sit and people watch. Roberto was terrific! Helped with our bags. Gave us several great restaurant recommendations. Overall he was extremely helpful.

2 Nights in Barcelona

Location: Great. Staff: Lovely. Bed: Comfy. Bathroom: Spacious. We stayed in Spain for 10 days, this was easily our favorite accommodation. Easily accessible by the Metro, surrounded by good restaurants (I'd recommend LOKAL BAR) and points of interest. Beautiful space with HIGH ceilings. I would recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper, as you're on a relatively busy street, but the bedroom has great blinds.

This is a 5-Star Apartment Rental!

We were thrilled with our 5-night stay at this apartment! It's nicer than the pictures indicated and it was clean, very well appointed and supplied, wonderfully located for access to shopping, food, touring, the Beach, etc. The nicest surprise was how well taken care of we felt by Roberto. His arrival orientation was top notch and he was always on hand to help with whatever we needed. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and well informed! This was my fourth trip to Barcelona and it's nice to know I already know where I want to stay for my fifth. Don't hesitate to book this place.

Spectacular apt was a highlight of our stay in Barcelona

Let me save you some time searching. If you are looking for a gorgeous one bedroom apartment in Barcelona that is in a central and safe location, is clean, charming, well-equipped and well cared for, this is it. I loved this apartment so much. The check in process could not have been easier - Roberto was excellent at communicating and very accommodating. He even took the time to give us tourist tips. There is a washer, dryer and dishwasher which is rare. The bathroom is modern and has great shower. We enjoyed every meal in the bay window sun room and loved the two balconies off of the bedroom. It is located just near Passage de Gracia - great neighborhood - near Casa Batllo, metro, etc. I would definitely come back and stay here.

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment

The unit is in a great location, half a block from la Rambla and one block from Passeig de Gràcia with all of its luxury shopping. It is walking distance from la Sagrada Família (buy tickets in advance and make sure to buy the ticket to go up in one of the towers). There are lots of excellent restaurants in all price ranges nearby, as well as easy access to all public transportation. The host for this location, Roberto, was exceptional. He was easy to communicate with and provided excellent advice about local dining and sightseeing options. He went out of his way to help us check in early and was kind and gracious throughout our stay. The apartment is in a beautiful old building but has all the modern conveniences including a washer and a dryer, fully equipped kitchen, an elevator, and a spacious modern bathroom with excellent water pressure. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great place, even better than photos

Communication and checkin process was smooth, property manager helped us with a few things very aptly, the living room dining room fell much nicer in real life, the ceilings are huge! Bedroom was black out with the curtains closed, and the two balconys added light in there when needed, bedroom felt like a hotel room which is nice as felt more clean / crisp. Aircon was ice cold, dishwasher, clothes washer, clothes dryer were all new and worked really well. The lounger area was a nice touch where we could open the giant window and eat breakfast there. Location is perfect, its very near the city but is a bit more quiet and feels much more safe with really nice shops and cafes / bars near. I would only stay in this area again when I come back to barcelona, and hopefully this place again or one like it.

¡100% recomendable! el departamento es tal cual lo publicitado, cómodo, grande, bien equipado, EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN, moderno. Salvo por un solo día en el que nuestros vecinos ingresaron al piso haciendo mucho ruido es un edificio muy tranquilo. A la llegada al departamento Roberto nos estaba esperando, muy predispuesto a ayudarnos, excelente trato, muy cálido lo cual es muy importante para un foráneo. Muy amable nos brindó información en cuanto al manejo del transporte público, de la ciudad en general, nos recomendó lugares para conocer y restaurantes para ir a comer. A pesar de no haber conocido a Antonio, resolvió todas nuestras dudas en corto tiempo, lo cual no es poca cosa. La verdad que tanto la propiedad como el buen trato de Antonio y Roberto hacen que si volvemos a visitar Barcelona ese departamento sea nuestra 1er opción.

Perfect!!

This apartment was perfect …just the right size and had everything we needed! It was in a great location, with easy access to all of the sites in Barcelona! Roberto was a fantastic host & very accommodating when we arrived late for check in. He was very helpful, giving us great restaurant recommendations and advising where to get groceries and the best ways to get around the city. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful apartment in great location

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful clean apartment. Perfectly located close to many places to eat, drink and shop. Excellent communication with Robert upon check-in and throughout our stay. He was very helpful and always available. Overall I would highly recommend this apartment.
