Casa Granada es un apartamento renovado para 2-4 personas que está amueblado con calidez, estilo y confort, incluyendo muebles europeos contemporáneos y de época. Cuenta con pisos de bambú sostenibles, dos baños nuevos con accesorios modernos y lujosos colchones tamaño queen con sábanas de algodón 100% y toallas de baño, y aire acondicionado y calefacción en todo el apartamento. Con mucha luz natural, privacidad y encanto, y habitaciones muy tranquilas que brindan una excelente noche de descanso, ¡este apartamento es una joya rara en el corazón de Barcelona!

Casa Granada se encuentra en una encantadora calle peatonal, bordeada de árboles, favorecida por los lugareños, a pocos pasos de excelentes restaurantes, galerías de arte, boutiques y atracciones de la ciudad de clase mundial. La Ciudad Vieja, el Paseo de Gracia y Las Ramblas se encuentran a poca distancia a pie. Great apartment!

This was a great apartment on a lovely street. Close to coffee, ice cream, and restaurants. Elevator makes getting luggage up so much easier. The apartment was very clean with everything you need to live for a few days. Washer and dryer were a huge help! Great views out the window. We would definitely stay here again!

A perfect spot in Barcelona

We had such a wonderful visit to Barcelona and this was the perfect place to stay. A beautiful quiet street in walking distance to tons of restaurants, including a cute cafe downstairs. It was so cute and comfortable - I wish I could replicate it and stay at a place just like this wherever I visit.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful flat in residential area of L'Eixample with some of the best restaurants and shopping within a few blocks. Absolutely loved it! Owners and property manager are very easy to communicate with and provided a seamless experience. Staying here made our trip to Barcelona even better!

A perfect Barcelona Stay

We have stayed in many homeaway rentals, and this apartment tops the list. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. As two couples we found it very comfortable, and we appreciated that is was so well equipped, with many little extras. Lee met us promptly upon arrival, and was incredibly helpful and available. The apartment is in a delightful neighbourhood and is a perfect location for exploring Barcelona. We walked everywhere. We hope to return to Barcelona, and would certainly hope to stay here.

We loved this property! It was the best located VRBO we have ever stayed in...close to many restaurants, taxis, some stores, and walking distance to many activities. The apt. is well decorated, living and dining room area are spacious, kitchen is wonderful and fully stocked, and bedrooms are nice....closet space in one of the bedrooms is rather small, but adequate....it was a pleasure dealing with the owners and also with the property manager! Would go back in a minute!

Perfect spot to enjoy Barcelona!

Our family of four had a wonderful time at this lovely apartment while exploring Barcelona! The location is terrific (wonderful eating and shopping all around and multiple metro stations as well - don’t miss the best gelato in Barcelona right on the corner!), the space is perfectly organized and clean, and the property is graciously managed. We were met and welcomed with lots of helpful information and everything we needed was quickly taken care of throughout the stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are all very updated and there is a nice large washer and dryer as well. Best of all the apartment fronts a pedestrian street so is quiet and picturesque. We hope to be back soon!

A LOVELY STAY IN BACELONA

My daughter, grandson and I spent a delightful 3 days and nights at Drew and Tamar's elegant and comfortable apartment in the heart of the Eixample neighborhood. The beds were comfy and cozy, the towels luxurious and we enjoyed the creature comforts -- a complete kitchen and laundry, as well as a very relaxing living room to recover from our busy days of walking and sight-seeing. We walked or took the Metro or bus everywhere -- it was so easy! And we loved having our croissants and coffee at the little bistro just outside the front door of the apartment building. There's a lovely treetop view of the University and a church from the Juliet balcony, and the neighborhood was quiet -- great for a good night's rest. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect Location

This flat is ideally situated just steps away from great restaurants and so many of the beautiful modernist building that Barcelona is known for. The apartment was well appointed and suited us perfectly. Lee, the property manager, met us at the agreed time and took his time to explain the various amenities and discussing the local area. The only possible downside, although not an issue for us, as we like to use the stairs, is that the elevator is a bit slow and small. Hardly a deal breaker. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

A Messi Weekend

Last weekend I had the privilege, with a Californian lady, to stay at Drew and Tamar's place in Barcelona. To say the place is well appointed, central and stylish would be an understatement -- this was the view of both Californian and Irish, so there is a consensus! The rooms are spacious, elegant and clean, with an aesthetic that meaningfully combines the traditional and the modern. Instructions for how to use the facilities were clear, even to me, and Lee (property manager) was on hand at all times both to introduce the place and advise on what to do. It was often hard to bring oneself to leave the apartment, but when we did it was easy to get both to Gaudi and (more importantly) to the Nou Camp to see Messi in action. Whether the aim is to see some total football or immerse in the lively youth culture of the city, this is the place.
