A magnificent modernist apartment in the heart of the city.

  • Let yourself be seduced by a modernist apartment in the center of the city. It has spacious and bright spaces, mosaic modernist floors and quiet rooms that will make you feel like home. We have 5 rooms, 3 double beds and 4 single beds in total. 2 bathrooms full equipped and 2 toilets. There are two kitchens, one in the front, close to a table and the balconies and the other in the bottom. The apartment has three AC and also two fans in the ceiling. In the winter we provide with three big electric heaters to keep the apt cozy. There are a few steps (approx 40) before you get to the elevator.

Great location, spacious

Having rented VRBOs 3x in Barcelona, this was easily the best. The best location, the most spacious and perfect for our group of 3 couples. The host was incredibly accommodating, and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. We were able to utilize the well-appointed kitchen, and check-in and out without issue.

Perfect space for us

There was lots of room and many added touches. Lovely renovation that made this a great apartment for 6 , and could have accommodated more. And it was a perfect location to explore Barcelona

booked for the convenient location - it was very central to many attractions and restaurants. we had three family units, and it was very comfortable for all. Ana was very helpful throughout the booking process and also when we were in the property. Great for larger groups.

We enjoy staying in the apartment

The apartment is very nice and we enjoyed staying there. The location was also good. The rooms need some furniture with shelves/drawers to accommodate cloths. Please also check the stove.

Amazing home!!

One of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed in Europe! So much charm & room for so many. We had 7 of us & had more than enough room. Loved the location, within yards of the Arch, shopping & restaurants. Ana is one of the nicest hosts we’ve met as well. Went above & beyond to help us w/our luggage & our early check in bc our flight schedule. Can’t wait to come back!!

Ana was very responsive to questions and apartment in excellent location. Had some challenges with lack of cooler air in two rooms, but made it work.

Exquisite Home in Great City

This property comfortably accommodated 10 American retirees with all the comforts of home in one of the world's most livable and delightful cities. It is just as it looks in the pictures. The pictures do not capture the convenience, charm and walkability of the neighborhood. If you want to experience life in Barcelona, this is the place! Ana, our host, was lovely and very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend.

This property is spacious, cozy and affordable but please be advised the first floor apartment it is not on the ground floor!! There is a mezzanine level to climb up to get to the elevator to this apartment. You will have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs from the foyer to the mezzanine to get to a small elevator that has a sign instructing you "not to use the elevator for luggage". So that means you would have to carry your luggage up a 2nd flight of stairs...just to get to the 1st floor!! If you're renting an apartment on the 2nd or 3rd floors good luck. It’s not a deal-breaker, but if you're traveling with a bunch of check-in sized, 40 to 50 pound suitcases, small children in a stroller, elderly or mobility challenged people this would be good information to know in advance. Outside of that important description everything else about the apartment was great for me and my family! It's a good centrally located apartment that's very walkable. We felt safe walking around various times during the day and night. Parks, grocery stores, wine shops, museums, bars, restaurants and even a impressive anime store are all less than five minutes away. Also need to mention that there's a daily tax per person, per day added to the cost of staying at the location. Enjoy!

Es Espectacular

Este apartamento es increíble, tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unos días felices en Barcelona. Muy cerca del Barrio Gótico, de otras tiendas importantes y con todas las facilidades. Ana, también fue super amable y atenta en todo el proceso de llegada. Volveremos!

Excelente!

El apartamento es increíble! lleno de luz y es muy fácil sentirse en casa. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para estar felices en Barcelona. Justo en la misma cuadra hay una tienda de verduras y frutas orgánicas, un supermercado al frente de la calle y es muy cerca a la ciudad gótica y a las calles más populares. Ana estuvo atenta a nuestra llegada y estadía, se aseguro siempre que estuviéramos cómodos y felices. Muy recomendado!

Wonderful spot

We loved the location, design and ease of the place. AC in only two bed rooms and the main living room but if we left those all the bedroom Doors open it worked. Our hostess was accommodating and informative! The place was spotless when we arrived and she even let us leave our luggage in the foyer before checking. 3 sets of keys for the 9 of us worked out great. It really was such a lovely place and a great location! Hope to come Again.

Great base in Barcelona

Eight of us (3 couples and 2 singles) stayed comfortably in this 5 bedroom very spacious apartment. Two full and 2 half baths were sufficient for everyone, and the space is very comfortable and roomy. It's in a beautiful neighborhood, a short walk to a couple of Metro stations, Plaza Catalunya/La Rambla and the Gothic Quarter. Our hostess was very accessible and obliging, allowing us to store our luggage until check in time and check out time. We recommend this beautiful apartment to any group of up to 10.

Complete package

The apartment, the owner, the check-in process and the location were all perfect. Ana was a pleasure and it was nice that she met us AT the apartment so we didn't have to go all over town getting a key from an office, haul luggage etc. The apartment is very charming. Thank you!

Wonderful Spot

I cannot say enough good things about this stay. Ana was a helpful and accommodating host, from allowing my friend to pick up the keys since she arrived first, to offering up lots of local recommendations. The apartment is spacious and gets a lot of natural light. While we were awoken by the sounds of construction, that is far from our host's fault and was only a temporary issue. Otherwise, the location is central to a lot of walkable attractions, including Las Ramblas, the metro, Arc de Triomphe, etc. It is true that there are some stairs, but we were all able-bodied and eager to walk the city, so it wasn't an issue for our group. Ana also gave us ample warning and details about checking out. Would definitely stay here again! Wonderful and beautiful spot that sets up a lot of access to a beautiful city!

Perfect location, amazing apartment!

You really can't go wrong with this place! We had 2 families traveling together and the layout of the apartment, which is basically two apartments (each with kitchens, showers, bedrooms and sitting areas) combined by a common entrance area, allowed us to have time together but also retreat to our own areas at night. The location is perfect, right near the Arc the Triumph and on the edge of the Gothic Quarter with tons of amazing restaurants. Step outside you are in one of the most amazing cities on earth! The apartment itself was very clean and well stocked. There isn't an elevator, so getting bags and luggage up 3 flights of stairs was tough but only at the beginning at load in and the end when we left. Otherwise is very easy in and out during our stay. Ana was very nice and easy to communicate with. We really can't say anything other than we would highly recommend staying here and we look forward to our return to Barcelona.

Cute neighborhood and great apartment

We had 2 families in the apartment and there was plenty of room for all of us! The neighborhood is great and very close to the Arc de Triompf. We did a lot of walking around the city, the Casa Mila and Picasso museum are only a 15-20 minute walk from the apartment. There are a number of great restaurants and shops close by. Ana was a great host and very responsive in communications with us. We had a great stay!

Great location beautifully decorated and clean

Great communication with Ana, beautifully decorated, and just next to Arc D’triomphe with great neighborhood restaurants. Some bedrooms including Master don’t have AC was our only issue given our visit in July.

SPACIOUS FLAT IN A GOOD LOCATION BUT LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED.

THE APARTMENT IS CHARMING AND SPACIOUS, IN A GOOD LOCATION WITHIN AN EASY WALK TO MANY SITES. FOR THE PRICE LEVEL IT WAS OK. HOWEVER, MY BIGGEST PROBLEM WITH THIS APARTMENT WAS THE FACT THAT YOU HAVE TO LUG YOUR SUIT CASES UP TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS BEFORE THERE IS A LIFT. ALSO, ONLY 3 OF THE 10 ROOMS OF THIS APARTMENT HAVE A/C. SO THREE BEDROOMS ARE AIR CONDITIONED AND THE REST OF THE APARTMENT IS NOT. MY KIDS STAYED IN ONE OF THE NON-AIRCONDITIONED ROOMS THAT HAS A CEILING FAN. THE FAN MADE AN AWFUL NOISE THAT WOKE THEM UP AND SCARED THEM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT BECAUSE IT STARTED ROCKING SO BADLY. THERE IS NO MICROWAVE. ONE OF THE TVS DID NOT WORK. THE WALLS NEED A FRESH COAT OF PAINT. THE BEDS ARE NOT VERY COMFORTABLE BECAUSE THE MATTRESSES ARE HARD. MOST BEDROOMS HAD NO PLACE TO PUT AWAY YOUR CLOTHES EXCEPT FOR METAL ROD TO HANG SOME THINGS ON, SO PLAN ON LIVING OUT OF YOUR SUITCASE. THERE ARE ONLY TWO SHOWERS AND ONE OF THEM HAS A BROKEN DOOR, SO THE WHOLE BATHROOM GETS SOAKED WITH WATER. AFTER CHECKING INTO THIS APARTMENT, I WISH I HAD SPENT THE EXTRA MONEY AND RETURNED TO THE FIRST APARTMENT WE STAYED IN BEFORE OUR CRUISE BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS FIVE STARS THERE. ALL IN ALL, I WOULD PROBABLY TRY TO FIND A DIFFERENT PLACE TO STAY IF I HAD A CHOICE, BUT IF I DIDN'T HAVE A CHOICE I WOULD RETURN, ESPECIALLY IF SOME OF THESE THINGS ARE FIXED.
