Great condition apartment, super clean. Great beds, we slept so well thanks to that. Superb location right down the street from sagrada familia, 3 minute walk to metro. Nice array of restaurants nearby, convenience stores. Even got my nails done right in the area, kids got haircuts.

Great location, close to everything

Location is perfect for us. Lots of restaurants and close to everything. Space is enough for us for short time. Pool was small but kids still had a great time.

Perfect location, next to metro

The place was exactly like the photos. Steps away from the sagrada Familia site. Easy access to the metro to get around all of Barcelona very easily. I do recommend purchasing a MetroCard for your stay duration while in Barcelona.

Great Stay!!

The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect for exploring the local area, with plenty of attractions and activities nearby. The owner was friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Close to La Sagrada

Wonderful trip to Barcelona. Staff from the rental property were very responsive and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and the location was the best with La Sagrada Familia just outside your door.

Great location. Perfectly laid out apartment. They had the pull out sofa made for us when we got there for my son. Loved the curtain to create a bedroom out of that room so he had some privacy. Wonderful apartment. Laundry is downstairs but it is in the building and easy to use. Highly recommend!

Great location

Small but comfortable apartment up the street from Sagrada Familia. The beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. There is 1 washer available for the whole building on the first floor so not that convenient if you need a washer. The view was of an internal courtyard which is ok because if you have a street view it would be very noisy.

Nice small apartment, great location

The property is right on a wonderful pedestrian way super close to Sagrada Familia and excellent restaurants. The apartment was clean, good bedding and towels, kitchen with enough supplies to make dinner. The toilet and shower in separate spaces so good for four people. It is pretty small though. I am in wheelchair and the elevator barely fit. The hallways also tight.

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to going on a 7 night Mediterranean cruise. The location can't be beat. One block away from La Sagrada Familia. We were able to walk to other points of interest (Gothic Quarter, La Rambalas). The property management company is great. It was very nice to be able to store luggage at the office prior to check in so we could explore the city before our apartment was ready. There was someone on site each day who checked in to see if we needed anything which was an unexpected, pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this property group and this location.

Great Location

Unit was clean and as advertised. Nice Towel. Great Location. Be forewarned that this unit is located on a pedestrian street and there is no way to drive your luggage to the door. There were plenty of towels and dishes, etc. However, some basic supplies would have been appreciated: Dish Washer soap, salt, clothes pins.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. I did miss that it isn’t exactly two bathrooms. But it was fine. The shower is one bathroom and the toilet is in another. Speaking of the shower. It was fabulous! Overhead rain shower with tons of water pressure. Just one block to LaSagrada. I would say skip the restaurants right on the block. The vibe was great, catching taxis was easy and the metro is right there too. Everything was very clean. The apt amenities were very well thought out by the mgmt.

Very nice apartment just steps from LSF

This is a very nice apartment just steps from the Sagrada Familia. It is nicely decorated, has two small but fully separate bedrooms, a convenient elevator and a lovely terrace with a pool. I gave it 4 stars only because the listing is misleading in stating there are 2 bathrooms. The shower and toilet are separated, but there is only one bathroom (one toilet, one shower, two sinks). We are a family of 4 with teenagers and I only considered properties with at least 2 bathrooms for our trip. It was disappointing to find only one in the apartment, and it was an inconvenience for our group. Other than that, I recommend the apartment highly for its location, cleanliness and attractiveness.

Amazingly close to the Sagrada

The location was so close to the Sagrada finding the rental was easy. The property management company was incredibly helpful and the fact that we could drop off our luggage with them if we arrived prior to the check in time was wonderful. The place was super clean and beautifully decorated. It has an elevator which many older buildings in Europe don't have - another positive for this rental. The only issue I would warn future renters of is that even though this rental has a kitchen, dining table, living room, 2 bedrooms it is really quiet small. I had to leave my suitcase on the dining room floor pushing 2 chairs in as it wouldn't fit in my bedroom. We really liked the toilet being in a separate room, however again the toilet space was very small.

Too Small for 5 stars but Perfect otherwise

This apartment has a lot going for it. The hosts were very welcoming. Shaun met us soon after arriving, showed us how the lights and AC worked and gave us some recommendations on beaches and restaurants. The apartment is clean with a great shared rooftop with a view of Sagrada Familia only a block away. We enjoy several evenings sitting on the rooftop after dinner with some wine we picked up at a shop right below us. Metro was close and we walked to many restaurants and even Park Guell. Can Pizza is only a block away and is some of the best pizza we ever had. For a family of 4 this is a 5 star, but with 6 the space fills up fast with the sleeper sofa taking up most of the living space and the bathroom is RV small. It works for 6 but if everyone is adult size just know in advance you're going to be living right on top of each other.

Loved location but not really big enough for 4 adults

We loved the location and convenience of the metro. However and this is probably more on us - the sleeping arrangements were a bit tight. The one main bedroom has a queen type bed. The second one - two twin beds. Not twin xl but twins - with a foot or so in between them. So not big enough for our young adult sons. There is a pull out sofa which one son did use but that them shrinks the public space in the morning. That and we thought that we would have a better view from our space. The one window looked out into the alley and laundry lines etc. The views are when you walk up to the roof level. Beautiful from there.
