OLA LIVING MACBA 2

Situado en el centro de la ciudad, nuestro apartamento de dos dormitorios tiene una habitación doble y una individual. También dispone dos baños completos y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Hay un balcón y una cocina totalmente equipada que permite a nuestros huéspedes preparar sus propias comidas. Es el lugar perfecto para un grupo de amigos o una familia que busque alojarse en una zona concurrida de la ciudad.



El apartamento dispone de lavadora-secadora además de conexión Internet Wi-fi y aire acondicionado. Está situado en el centro de Barcelona, muy cerca de La Rambla y del barrio de Sant Antoni.



El apartamento está provisto de toallas y ropa de cama a la llegada.



No se permiten fiestas ni despedidas de soltero/a.



La Tasa Turística no está incluida en el precio del apartamento. Se aplicará la tasa vigente en el momento de la estancia, por adulto y noche, hasta un máximo de siete noches.



Nuestra Recepción se encuentra en el número 1 del Passatge Sert, donde debe recoger su llave entre las 9.00 y las 20.00 de lunes a viernes ( excepto festivos de lunes a viernes ). Si su entrada es en sábado o domingo ( o festivo entre semana ) la recogida de llaves es en la calle Aribau 228. El horario de apertura es de 09.00 a 20.00. Auto check in con el teléfono móvil a partir de las 15.00



Las entradas a partir de las 21:00h se hacen presencialmente en los apartamentos y tienen un coste extra de 30€.

Spotless well equipped unit. Spacious, great furnishings, in a great location and in a great authentic Barcelona area. Walkable to the Barcelona Port area, Família Sagrada, cathedral and most sites. Close to many restaurants, shopping and groceries. Great location, great unit with an awesome host! We would love to stay here again!

We arrived in Barcelona early on the day our reservation began and were unable to get an early check-in despite requesting one. I understand that it wasn't possible, but after we checked in at the scheduled 3 pm time, exhausted and jet-lagged, a man arrived at our door saying that he was there to "put a new cover on the couch". I thought that might be pretty quick, but I texted the property manager asking if we had to let them because we needed to go to sleep. She said we did, and they said it would bet less than an hour, which seemed like a lot. The process took 2 1/2 hours and involved an air compressor/nail gun running nonstop the entire time. It was insane. I contacted the management company on WhatsApp (where they were quick to respond earlier that day with the no early check in message) numerous times with increasing frustration. I can't believe I had to pay for 2.5 hours in a VRBO with an ear-splitting air compressor running and being unable to rest due to several men coming in and out repeatedly. This was just egregious, and the property management company never responded to any of my messages until several days later when I asked for a 45-minute late checkout due to our flight time. They responded quickly to say that wasn't possible even though I pointed out that we paid for hours of unusable time at the start of our stay. I will say that the property was clean and good-sized but the property management company was beyond awful and incredibly unresponsive!!

We were excited to spend an extended stay at this apartment for our Christmas holiday, it was the perfect size - 2 beds/2baths. When we arrived the overwhelming cigarette odor was of great concern. It permeated the unit, our clothing, etc. We did contact the office and were told the prior tenant broke the rules by smoking in the apartment, and they could send someone to clean it. A woman arrived with a bottle of spray disinfectant. Admittedly, she said the smell was horrible and she was unable to get rid of it by simply cleaning. Ultimately, management said it was out of their control. They were not responsible. No refund, no monetary compensation for our inconvenience. They claimed it was not a health hazard; we disagree and did not sleep well, we were congested and felt ill from the smell. We left two days early to stay at a hotel instead. We can't send photos of the smoke smell, but even after several days of airing it out and trying to rid the unit of the smell, it still persisted. They advertise a smoke free environment but did not fulfil that promise. We would have enjoyed the unit otherwise!

The location was not great. Cars are not allowed on the street and our taxi dropped us 4 blocks away so we had to manage 5 pieces of luggage. The elevator is so small that only one person with luggage can enter and even that is tight. The alleyway has much graffiti and is run down. My friend decided to get a hotel room so only I stayed there. The bedroom balcony looks out over nothing but concrete. There was a loud hammering noise all night on the first night I stayed. Note that the location listed is the office of a holding company. We arrived early and they let us keep our luggage there but the residence is not withing walking distance and you have to use a taxi. The washer/dryer is very small and located on the bedroom balcony. I would not stay there again.

Nice place to stay for a quick trip

Exactly what my mom and I needed in Barcelona for a short stay! Could have been cleaner and might choose a different location/neighborhood next time which is why one star is missing. But still a 4 star stay overall and we enjoyed our trip. Thanks!

Good Stay in a trendy part of town.

Property owners were great communicators, check in process was easy. Apartment was spotless. It was on the 4th floor, but there was a lift. Someone on Vrbo had a moan saying the washing machine smelt of mould, but I thought it was spotless and a great addition. Also plenty of towels & toilet roll. I couldn't fault it and I'd definitely look at stopping here again. Plenty of bars and take aways around.

The property is fine but I would not recommend. The property was clean but never received any base cleaning property (dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, sponges, tea towel) when I contact them via WhatsApp they said they would have it delivered to me the next couple of days ( it never arrived) via email I was told I had to purchase it

Clean, Comfortable Apartment in Ideal Location

My husband and I stayed here while visiting our son who is studying in Barcelona. We have lived in Europe twice before and traveled extensively. This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. Clean, comfortable bed and couch and great location.

Expérience de voyage raté

Je tiens à vous exprimer mon immense déception. En fait, nous n'avons pas pu nous rendre à Barcelone du 6 au 10/11,car l'aéroport de Nantes était bloqué en raison de la grève des pompiers. La compagnie Vueling nous a mené en bateau en nous reportant notre vol de jour en jour jusqu"à un départ le vendredi soir.donc 1 jour 1/2 à Barcelone.Nous avons été contraints d'annuler. L'agence Ola Living ne voulant pas faire un geste commercial pour nous dédommager. C'est une honte, pour un motif indépendant de notre volonté.. Agence à fuir ! ! !

Great location. Horrible check in

This company uses WhatsUp to communicate with customers. Not many Americans use the UI. We had to got to the office to check in because we could not upload our documents. The represenative at the office told me we could only use our passports. I advised her that the app does not say anything like that. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. They even provided a little kit for necessities. Nice touch.

Not the best neighborhood

It was stressful trying to get exact location and entrance instructions as unavailable until exactly 3:00pm. They or just finishing up with cleaning, the apartment was very clean, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, the washing machine smelled very moldy, and when we used it, our clothes ended up, smelling moldy. We had to take our clothes across the street to the laundromat to be washed and dried. We had chosen this particular apartment because it did have a washer and dryer and now was unavailable for us to use. The neighborhood was not very appealing but overall did feel safe.

Nice place and location but…

The house is cute. The bedrooms comfy and the house is clean and the company running this location is responsive but: There were two of us, my and a girlfriend. We were given one towel and one roll of to each bathroom for 9 nights. When we asked for more, One person that we spoke to online said OK but we had to figure out how to get them ourselves. We found an office which is at least a mile away from the place went into ask for The towels and were told just do laundry. After some disagreement, we did get our towels, but why the attitude. The man at the front desk said it’s just like own your own apartment it doesn’t come with extras. It was a no two more toilet paper. The place did not come with any coffee pods. They made it sound like this is typical behavior, but my girlfriend and I can change to travel for two more weeks staying in four more different VRBO‘s and did not experience this at all. All came with plenty of towels toilet paper coffee some came with wine, etc. etc. So maybe it’s because this place is run by a company that they give you attitude. Oh, and the shower doors in each bathroom allow water to flood the bathroom, which makes life difficult sense , there are not enough towels and there was one very small roll of toilet paper. We wound up having to buy stuff for the place.

Great apartment

Very clean and modern apartment in a vibrant neighborhood that felt safe. Near many shops and bars. Manager was very responsive to notification that elevator broke down and it was fixed the next day.
