Located next to Paseo de Gracia avenue and right by Eixample district, our 4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms modern and bright apartment is ideal for your stay! I am sure you will enjoy relaxing by the apartment private terrace and its ideal configuration.
The apartment has a beautiful and very quiet private terrace to enjoy some sun during the day or a glass of wine at night. The unit is also very well distributed and counts with two living rooms, ideal for big groups!
The Space:
Welcome to our 155m2 large and bright apartment in Eixample district, the ideal place to stay for and unforgettable and true local experience. This modern and spacious apartment is located between 2 of the most beautiful streets of Barcelona - Paseo de Gracia and Rambla de Catalunya and only a very short walk away from some of the most famous attractions in Barcelona!
The apartment has been under another owners management, you can see some of the amazing reviews on the listing pictures; as new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have even a more memorable stay!
⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT Please note the apartment is located in a residential building, where neighbors live here all year around and it is our obligation to respect their rest. Walls are very thin and other residents of the building very sensitive to noises. Please make sure before confirming your reservation you can adhere to the simple House Rules that are detailed below. Failure to accept and follow those will result on a monetary sanction and eviction from the property with no refund for the remaining nights.
APARTMENT LAYOUT
Inside the apartment you will feel very soon at home! The unit is divided on two sides; interior and exterior (perfect for large groups and families that want to have some privacy from each other).
By the exterior side and facing Rosselló street, we find 2 bedrooms with balconies, a living room area open to a fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom. On the other side, we can find even a larger living room area, another kitchen, one bathroom and the remaining 2 bedrooms, one of them facing the apartment terrace. You will be amazed by the sunny exterior area and balconies of the apartment!
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
The apartment has a capacity for up to 8 people distributed in 4 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed with AC and balcony
- Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed in mezzanine + 1 Double sofa bed with AC and balcony
- Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed with AC
- Bedroom 4: 1 Double bed with AC and direct access to the terrace
2 Full bathrooms with WC and shower distributed in 3 spaces: 1 full bathroom with WC and shower + 1 Toilet + 1 Shower

The Neighborhood:
The Eixample district not only is the most iconic in Barcelona, it’s also the most diverse in terms of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The gridlike layout is the symbol of the sunny and modern Barcelona we know today.
Eixample, which translates as ""extension"" in recognition of its status as the newer part of the city, is a large area north of Plaça de Catalunya spreading left and right of Passeig de Gràcia. The area is indeed an extension to the city that benefits greatly from its ingenious urban planning at the hands of Catalan engineer Ildefons Cerdà in the 1850s. Cerdà had a fondness for straight lines. Therefore, the whole area is set out in a grid with each block having an inner courtyard. This means that it is hard to get lost in Eixample, and moreover, easy to find places.
Nowadays Eixample is famous for being home to the majority of Barcelona's Art Nouveau masterpieces, and a high-class residential and shopping area. The Eixample is one of the most dynamic and comfortable areas to live in Barcelona, mainly because there’s always a restaurant, shop, supermarket or bar at walking distance.

- Plaza España: 3 km ( 7 metro stops L3 from Diagonal)
- Sagrada Familia: 1.7 km (20 min. walking distance/ 2 metro stops L5 from Diagonal)
- Barceloneta Beach Area: 3 km (35 min. walking distance/ 6 metro stops L5 from Diagonal)
When arriving to Barcelona by plane (Airport BCN), the easiest and most convenient way is to take a taxi from the airport. Another option is to take the Aerobus to Plaza Catalunya and walk to the apartment from there.
Other Things to Note:
*** TOURIST TAX & REGISTRATION PROCESS ***
- Since 2012 the Catalan administration requires that every guest staying in a hotel room or renting an apartment in Catalunya contributes with a small city tax fee of 9.50€ per guest (over 17 years old) per night up to a maximum of 7 nights. This cost IS NOT included on your reservation.
- National and International police demand that each guest, prior to their visit to Barcelona, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory, as it is stated in Catalan Law, and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.
- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation
and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.
*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***
Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs
Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)
*** HOUSE RULES ***
1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 400€ and possible eviction
2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.
3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).
4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.
5. Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100€ + all cleaning fees involved.
6. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
7. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.
Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
