  • Cosy and comfortable central apartment with terrace. The apartment is located on the border of Sants, Eixample and the Les Corts neighbourhood.



    This apartment is completely furnished and is beautiful and bright. The property has an equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room, which opens onto a charming sunny terrace.



    The apartment has 3 bedrooms:

    1 double bedroom

    1 bedroom with 2 single beds

    1 bedroom with 1 single bed



    The apartment has a kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, high-speed free WIFI internet and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, coffee maker, kettle, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. Towels, sheets and hair dryer are included.

Charming place to call home

A charming place for couples, and or a small family of 4. Place was clean. Decor was nice. Terrace was nice. Neighborhood was nice. I would stay there again next time I am in Barcelona. I felt that I was home. made made staying in Barcelona

We liked the decorations and the fact that the image matched the place we also were pleased to receive the necessary help from Luis(aparteasy representative) when needed The apartment felt like a place for a temporary stay not to accommodate people for over a week, the infrastructure and quality of furniture needs some improvement.

The booking experience leading up to the holiday was good and polite. Things deteriorated once we raised concerns about the apartment.We were shocked at the fact no bed protectors/ second sheets were supplied. No cleaning materials. No tea towels,oven gloves kitchen towels. It was impossible to cook a meal.. only two knives..no spatula for the frying pans.No welcome pack no instructions for the TV which never worked The Aircon was intermittent. Bedroom fans didn't work.The apartment smelt stale and damp.I could go on and on. It was the most basic property we have stayed in. The management company promised to sort out and deliver items but no one turned up.Its a sad situation because more thought of why people stay in self catering and not a hotel is obvious. We were really shocked at the belief that this was acceptable.If you like camping then it's for you. Equally a thousand books in a bookcase might be your thing too. We definitely won't recommend. Don't gaslight clients

Great location and good size

Great location. Check in process is very easy. First place that we have stayed at in Spain that had a clothes dryer. Good amount of kitchen stuff to use for cooking. The terrace was very nice. Five of us stayed there and there was enough room. However there were some things that made the stay not 5 star. Air conditioner pump was very very noisy. Only air conditioning in the living room and does not reach the bedrooms even with doors open. Pump was so noisy with the doors open sleep was very bad. Reported to the manager and he was very responsive and came out to look at it, but was unfortunately not able to find anyone to fix it while we were there. I suggested some possible fixes but no response to those. There are ceiling fans in two bedrooms only. Portable fans would have helped but none were offered. Btw no fans in the bathrooms. There is a window in both which lets in the bugs and hot air.

Loved our stay in Barcelona

We visited our grandson who is studying in Barcelona. We shared the apartment with his mom and his brother. The apartment was charming. The bedrooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. The bedrooms had ceiling fans for extra ventilation although we could not find the remote for one of the bedrooms. The patio was large and wonderful giving us extra space to lounge, enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The kitchen had an expresso coffee machine and a French press. There were dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. We could have used a few more supplies as more cooking utensils (a spatula, a large spoon, etc. and supplies as dishwasher soap, dish towels, and paper towels) but with a supermarket just across the street, we were easily able to find what we needed. We were able to check ourselves in with a mobile key controlled with an app. This was such a great feature as all of us staying there could have access to the app. The location was great as the neighborhood was safe and quiet, we were minutes away from the train and metro station, there were several restaurants in the area (shout out to Coral Restaurante and Paco!), and as I mentioned before, there was a wonderful supermarket just across the street. All in all we loved our apartment, location, and time in Barcelona and would happily stay there again.
