Piso de 2 habitaciones, reformado, con suelo de baldosa hidráulico original en el salón y parquet en los dormitorios.

Dispone de calefacción y sala de estar con un amplio sofá, TV plana, reproductor de DVD. Cocina equipada con horno, tostadora, lavavajillas, etc. También tiene lavadora. El comedor dispone de una mesa plegable, con capacidad para 6 comensales. El baño incluye un secador de pelo. Hay WiFi gratis disponible en todo el apartamento. This renovated apartment proved not only to be the perfect accommodation (for two seniors) but as well to be ideal in its location—to walk distances or access the metro to enjoy and appreciate what the wonderful city of Barcelona offers in every way (the historical, architectural sights, amazing restaurants, shops nearby …). The highlights of Gaudi’s work were in sight at every corner. We especially want to thank Marta and her staff for being so thoughtful to make the eight nights near Casa de Les Punxes—a dream trip come to fruition. Without hesitation, I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants every comfort in a setting that leaves you wishing you’d had stayed longer. Thank you

Wonderful location. Very nice accommodation. Spacious and comfortable. We did have an incident when we smelled smoke in the building. It would have been helpful to have printed emergency procedures.

Wonderful apartment.

Great Location and Wonderful Host

Marta was a wonderful host. She was there exactly at the time we scheduled to meet. She is very nice and speaks great English. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a very safe building. First you need a key for the front, then the elevator and finally the apt. It is about a 15 minute walk from Sagrada Famillia. Just a block and half from the nearest metro and a short walk to another Metro stop. There is a small washer for doing cloths and a drying rack in the 2nd bedroom as well as a clothes line to hang things outside. The kitchen is quite large with a big refrigerator. The master bed I found extremely comfortable. There is a TV (with 3 local channels) a huge collection of DVDs and a big library of books (many in English). It is not super fancy but nicely decorated and I would not hesitate to stay there again. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and pastry shops. There is an ice cream on the corner down the street with a pleasant owner who said he makes ice cream with fresh figs when they are in season. There is only one key and the door locks behind you when you leave so make sure you take it with you (we never failed to do that so we don't know what would happen but I am sure Marta would come to the rescue).

Beautiful spacious central apartment

The apartment (4-2) is accessible by elevator. It is even more spacious than shown in the photos. The area of the city is very safe and central. My children and I were very happy staying here and would highly recommend this apartment.

Feel like a local!

The place was spacious and very clean. Even though it was only the two of us, we enjoyed the extra bedroom for luggage and washing clothes/hanging to dry. Two toilets is so nice too! You literally can walk to everything, Metro only a block away and good food all around. We highly recommend the Kebab place a block away.We were so comfortable lounging in the living room after walking to the Gothic Quarter and back! Also, there are lots of windows for fresh air and light. We slept like babies too because it was so quiet. In short, we highly recommend this place. Marta ia also very friendly and helpful..

Barcelona vacation

Great Apartment in Great Neighborhood

A spacious apartment in such a great central location. We were able to walk everywhere in the city from here. The street is busy but the apartment windows are facing the back of the building which is quiet.

Lovely apartment great time in Barcelona

Marta met us at the apartment got us settled in comfortably . Lovely apartment clean, comfortable and surprisingly quite . Within waking distance of the amazing Sagrada Familia and access to public transportation of all kinds. Restaurants, bars , bakeries and grocery store Within easy walking distance. Really good Gelato just down the street. Will definitely stay here again if lucky enough to return to Barcelona! Gail and Rene October 2023

great place to stay in Barcelona

This apartment is very comfortable and Marta is great to work with. Stayed with a family of four. The street itself is noisy but the apartment is very quiet because it faces the interior courtyard in the back. There are tons of restaurants and cafes on the block and in the neighborhood, excellent access to public transportation, walkable to many classic places too (Sagrada Familia, Casa Battló, Paseo San Juan, etc.) There are also lots of tourists in the area, some of whom are more respectful than others. Overall an excellent place to stay in BCN and Marta was very helpful and accommodating.

Home comforts

The apartment has all we needed for a comfortable stay. Located close to metro stations, all the main tourist destinations are easily accessible, quite a few within walking distance. The lift is a bonus with heavy bags.

We enjoyed this apartment

The apartment is located in a great area that allows for walking to some of the best parts of Barcelona as well as being close to the metro for longer-distance exploring. It's a nice size apartment and has a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture & beds. Having a washing machine is a definite plus if staying for a longer period of time, as we did.

Great place in Barcelona

This property was wonderful and our host was very helpful. Our apartment was one of the best equipped apartment I have ever stayed at especially in the kitchen. The location is great for getting around Barcelona. There was a really good bus service few steps away that allowed us to get to the beach when we wanted still. I recommend exploring Garcia Village neighborhood more since this place is at the edge of it.
