  • Fully serviced penthouse duplex with terrace - 30 minute daily cleaning included monday through saturday. The apartment is newly renovated and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. On the second floor you have access to large private roof top terrace with chill out furniture and an outdoor shower.



    The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room, you have access to a charming balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you might need to prepare meals. The apartment is also fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wi-fi and smart tv.



    The apartment is located in a lively street next to Ramblas and the Contemporary Art Museum. It is also only a few minutes walking from Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia, the Gothic Quarter and the Boqueria market. It is the perfect location if you want to discover the city by feet!



    Buses and metro stops are close to the accommodation.

Our flat was very clean and in a good location for sightseeing in Barcelona. Our host was very kind and prompt with anything we needed.

Great location in Historic area

Two couples stayed and enjoyed our location. Short walks to many attractions. Lots of food and drink locations. Only negative is limited closet space but not an issue for short stays Upper deck was nice place to relax.

Awesome Place

This place is great. I stayed here in March 2024 with my parents and young kids. It’s in a great location, close to everything, and it is very clean. Our contact, Matteo, was super helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Barcelona.

Amazing apartment better than pictures

This is a little oasis that is very secure and has tons of space including the rooftop patio which is amazing. Short walk to two of our favorite areas Born and Gothic district. Also close to good restaurants/bars/grocery (Aldi nearby) . Would definitely book this same apartment again.

WOW! ... just WOW!

What a fabulous way to start our 10 day European vacation. This penthouse was incredible- everything from the decor to the bedding was top notch and beautifully curated. We thoroughly enjoyed the roof top deck, and lounged happily on the enormous couch... we all decided-- we MUST come back!

Wonderful Apartment in a Great Location

Plenty of space for 6 of us within this large apartment that is located close to everything. Nights on the rooftop patio are a highlight as is the spacious living/dining area. Laundry area is a little cramped but was a nice addition and came in handy when needed. The hosts are very communicative and can help with whatever you need. Great stay overall!

Plenty of space, excellent support

We travelled with 3 adults and 3 children ages 4-12. The adults loved the comfortable beds, AC, beauty of the space, multiple bathrooms, and great communication from the owners. The kids loved the outdoor space, comfortable couches, and elevator directly to the apartment. Per the owner’s recommendation, we ate at Bar Costa (amazing tasting menu) and did the history + food tour. Both were excellent and it was very nice for the owner to reserve for us. We walked easily from the location. I would happily stay here again.

Family trip

Tolles Apartment, super Lage, exzellente Kommunikation. Einzige Nachteil war, dass wir die Nachbarn unten sehr gut hören konnten (nachts laut telefonieren usw.), davon sind wir leider öfters aufgewacht. Tipp: Ohrstöpsel mit.

We recently completed a stay with En Ville Apartments at Casa Carme and I can't say enough good things about both the apartment and the staff. Andreas, Matteo, & team were super attentive to our stay from the moment we booked many months ago. They were able to assist with local excursions & transportation, as well as arrange a morning arrival meet-up. We loved that our family of 4 each was able to have their own bedroom & bathroom and having AC during a hot spell of July weather was well needed. The private rooftop terrace was the cherry on top and we were able to enjoy it with friends who were also traveling through Spain. I'd definitely recommend this apartment and the En Ville team and will be sure to use them again if my travels take me (hopefully) back to Barcelona. Muchas Gracias!

Modern apartment very central to everything

Communication with the host was great. Apartment was very modern and centrally located and host was extremely helpful with luggage storage, reservations at their owned restaurant and taxi pick up to train station. Each room has its own bathroom and the owner supplied some basic supplies like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, and tea. Also - this property has both a washer and dryer on site though not ensuite. The dryer is a rare thing in Europe from our experiences. We had a great stay and would highly recommend. Location is near everything within a 15-25 min walk.

Great Property

Fantastic property. Close to everything. Grocery store and tons of restaurants nearby. Bedroom layout is ideal. Would work for singles/couples/families. Rooftop was lovely and well shaded. The neighborhood is bustling and we were initially concerned it may be noisy at night, but the bedrooms are on the back of the property and were very quiet. The only minor quibble was with the washer/dryer. We were happy to have them on site, but they are located in the basement and are somewhat difficult to access. Again, very minor issue and overall we could not have been more pleased with our stay. Matteo was so helpful at both check in and throughout our stay.

Beautiful Stay + Awesome Host

A group of friends and I stayed here on our European vacation. This was one of our favorite stays while on our trip. Everything was clean, well-designed, and unique. The host provided outstanding communication, recommendations, and essentially anything we could have needed. Each day we had someone come and clean the kitchen, make beds, etc. The location of the stay was convenient and easy to navigate from anywhere in the city. We would definitely rebook. Thank you!

Barcelona Experience

The six of us (all in our 70s) enjoyed our stay in the VRBO and the El Raval district. The owner representative met us at the door and was very helpful including arranging for an early morning taxi for our return to the airport. Unit is modern and up to date. For a longer stay for six persons more bedroom storage space would have been nice. The El Raval is an interesting multicultural area. It is safe, convenient, close to many tourist attractions. But many travelers may prefer a more “up scale” neighborhood than the hardworking bohemian El Raval.
